The bed was a bit too hard for me. Housekeeping needs a bit of improvement, kept forgetting to supply us with fresh towels

check in was breezy! our rooms were made ready earlier than expected which was very much appreciated since we travelled with a toddler and 2 other young children. location was good! near by the beach and eateries

The pool was exceptionally well maintained. The grounds were tidy and attractive. A good variety of food available for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Rooms were a bit dated, but very clean. Great location - within walking distance to shops and restaurants and absolute beachfront.

The room are a bit dark. Need more lights. No international power sockets. Should change those power outlets for international guests...

Location fantastic. 50feet right in front of the beach. Has a nice clean big pool. Staff were polite helpful. Nice hotel breakfast. Strong hot showers and a bath tub. Had big bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for the ladies... Room had a balcony with chairs and table. Also a towel rack to dry your towels and wet clothes Walk 100m out and you are the food and shopping street... so convenient. The boat rides out to the other islands is just 100m away from the hotel. Tourist bookings can be made there. There is a motorcycle rental right at the hotel. Plenty of food, drinks, bars, coffee, convenient stores etc.... Never need to leave the area for a good relaxing time.

Pool only opens at 9 and closes early at 6pm. Didn't like the 2 beds pushed together to make 1 large, but otherwise fine.

Location perfect, right on the beach, and a two minute walk from the main part of town but still far enough away that its quiet. Lovely pool and bar area that we shared cocktails while watching beautiful sunsets. Lovely spot.

poor communication (we were given a choice between twin and double room but the choice was not taken into consideration and we ended up with the other option; airport shuttle is listed among the services but when we requested it they told us we should get a taxi - and I had to ask twice), poor welcome (upon arrival we were told to pay a 3000 baht deposit - booking.com didn't mention it), signs forbidding everything imaginable (including stealing slippers or soap), constant moisture and damp smell in the room

the location (right on the beach), the pool (beach towels included), the breakfast (great variety), the balcony with a view of the mountains - all of it great (thus still a 7, despite the long list of negatives)

The location is perfect to enjoy the serenity. Its an old hotel, so don't expect high amenities but it was neat & clean. Breakfast is almost the same everyday. I stayed there for 4 days.

The reception staff was actually close to be roud. Very unlike Thai. So we where taken all by surprice. Also at the chech out the where not even a smile (and yes, we did pay and had not broken anything).

Great location in Ao Nang. Right there on the beach and close to everything. The room was fine, clean and had what we exspected.

Mattresses are very hard. Breakfast is a set price and really not worth it when there are so many options available nearby.

Lovely big room with everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Ao Nang. Location is great, at the quieter end of Ao Nang and just two minute walk to the beach. Ao Nang is a very busy, lively resort, full of hustle and bustle but Soi Ao Nang 17 is a lot quieter and the beach is quieter as well. Not to mention, the best place to watch the beautiful sunsets.

No smoking in the room ( its ok ) No smoking in the hotel premises , No smoking at balcony . No smoking outside the room. If you want to smoke you have to go out of the hotel ( resort ) near the beach or resturant away from hotel to smoke .

Showers aren't very good. Fridge didn't cool very much. None of these two things were big issues - just details to improve.

Great resort with a perfect location right at the beach - still peaceful compared to Ao Nang main street. Stayed in one of the "beehives", first floor, with a bit of seaview. Very big and comfortable room. Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Great pool area and pool. All in all our choice next time again in Ao Nang :-)
