Was ignored by the receptionist when we arrived, we stood there for a good 10 minutes before another person came to our aid.

The facilities and cleanliness was great. The apartment is big and it had all the things we needed for a short stay, and it was comfortable too.

The apartment is spotless and amenities toiletries/towels are sufficient, Room cleaning is done daily. Walkable distance to many 7 Eleven and a Macro supermarket (Grocery). The ground floor building has a cafe and Pilates club. The apartment provided scheduled Tuktuk to 02 main sky walk/train station and a sky walk which connects to the Terminal 21.Reception staff are attentive and speak English very well, even the security are genuinely helpful.

Very good value for money and location is walking distance to emsphere mall, 12 min away from terminal 21, and 50 min away from MBK/Siam paragon by taxi. The building is abit old, but renewed and has all services one could need.

Second room I stayed a bit tired needed a bit could do with a bit of TLC.

I stayed twice the first room a little better than the second. Pool & gym were great, staff friendly very clean.

There is no breakfast, and the cleanliness of the rooms was very poor, as well as the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As for the hotel, there are animals such as dogs and the sounds of speech, and this is not suitable at all for relaxation

You have to really ask for anything you need, two or three times, e.g. there is a washing machine but no drying rack, unless you ask for one. We also had to buy a huge pack of washing tablets as the hotel does not provide any (ended up leaving it behind for the next guests). It took the staff about 40 mins to bring fresh towels to the swimming pool. Playroom is really dusty. The available cot is an under 1 yo rocking one, the blocking mechanism doesn't work that great, so it keeps rocking. However, our 2 yo is a good sleeper and she managed to sleep and nap in the provided cot just fine (though her legs were always bent as it is a bit short).

It's a good location with restaurants all around and an amazing coffee place on the ground floor. Subway is 13 mins away by foot. Good provate hospital for expats - 35 mins of walking. Facilities are in good condition and usually pretty empty: gym, playroom, and swimming pool. Apartments are a bit tired (scratched floors, stained sofa), but sheets and towels are nice and clean, and the bed and pillows are really comfy. There is a shared bookshelf, which is a sweet touch.

Not clean enough and house keeping everyday was poor. The televisions are out dated and its crazy that those TV doesn't have any paid channel, or net flix or internet TV. I had a terrible time with kids at night. Not enough plates or cooking equipments. They never refilled tea or milk or sugar during my 10 night stay. Not value for money i have paid.

Cleaning staff did a rush job. Cleaning was sub par and toiletries were not restocked. One room had toilet outside which was not what i expected. Place is far so getting taxis were an issue. Baby cot was flimsy. Was expecting a sturdier one.

Less people. Facility was homely. Staff were always ready to lend a hand.

good location and spacious space. Close to Main Street with tuk tuk provided by hotel for free but you can walk within 15 minutes if you missed the shuttle. You can take BTS there. Restaurants and pubs and 7/11 are around the corner so it’s convenient. Beds are comfortable. Interior is clean in general. We had problem in bathroom and the staff was responded and tried to fix it promptly. Check in/out was smooth and ok.

During check out at 7 AM, there was no at the reception. I had to wait about 20 minutes. It caused me to almost miss my flight.

Very good value for money. Whenever I come to BKk I will stay here. Fully furnished apartment with all the amenities, centrally located. Good coffee shop and lunch place nearby. Helpful reception.

Very rood staff bad service wee found it room to much cockroach, when I lose my room key they tell me you must to pay 500bht when I go to pool I ask for towel they tell me call reception when I call no one bring towel in about transportation when I ask they see wee don’t have all hotel they provide small transportation for guest I didn’t like location for hotel very bad service I will never forget book with them

I couldn’t manage to adjust the water temperature.. there is only one button to turn on the water but no lever to select the temperature.

Great serviced apartment in a quiet area close to Asoke station with metro or BTS. Super friendly staff. Nice pool area. Full recommendation.
