pool is a bit small and room service seems to be quite late

everything was good, staff are very friendly and accomodating. there is a tour agent right in the lobby so we could book island hopping tour directly there with good price.

Booked room not available on first night and having to move to proper room on 2nd day. Pool bar ran out of certain beers, plus food for kids to eat. Ended up having to go elsewhere to get food which meant hotel wasn’t making money from us drinking at pool bar.

My only complain is that the wifi wasn’t very good. I spent most time exploring the beach and city but when I wanted to settle in and watch a movie it took ages to buffer and the wifi cut out quite a bit.

Need to work on cleaning the apartment. The cloth the room service team used was smelling. Many Russians stay in this building and can be grumpy at times. The bathroom doesn’t have an actual door. The shower door doubles up as a bathroom door which is strange. There isn’t proper insulation so when taking a shower the entire floor gets wet. We going this a bit frustrating. The balcony in the family rooms are small and there is no drying rack to dry clothes. This was a bit challenging after pool/ beach trips

Everything! We initially booked 2 nights here and extended to 5 nights! Located in Karon beach and walking distance to restaurants and the beac. Very convenient with small kids. The breakfast was ok, live egg station and hit meals provided but could get tiring after a week

The breakfast wasn't good at all. Very limited options. No cooked breakfast. Astonishingly expensive for what you get. I wouldn't let this put you off though. There are plenty of nice places to eat nearby. If you decide to stay here I would suggest not getting breakfast here and going elsewhere. There are some lovely places in patong

Really clean. Very close to Karon beach. Has showers outside so you can clean the sand off you after the beach. Close to restaurants and clinic so great location. Reasonable price for what you get. Rooms a little small but has everything you need.

There was a terrible smell in the elevators the whole time. Wifi isn't very reliable. More vegetarian/vegan options in the restaurant/breakfast would be nice.

Location is good, and the hotel feels new. Room was spacious with a cute balcony. Decent little gym and the pool is very nice. Staff were kind and accommodating.

We were lucky to book well in advance before the price increase, however, with what they charge now, the service needs to be more consistent. A few times the cleaning crew showed up very late in the day. One morning the lobby was littered with someone’s “party leftovers” (bottles, glasses etc) and staff weren’t in a rush to clean it up.

The hotel has recently opened up so the facilities are new. We stayed in a family room and loved how the layout has been thought through. Overall we had a great stay, no major complaints. Great location too.

The only negative thing I can say is what others have eluded to…and that is the noisy street the hotel is on. At night there are a lot of motorcycles running up and down reviving their engines and our room was situated directly above it. Thankfully, that doesn’t bother us since we are all sound sleepers, but some people may not like it. If you got a room closer to the pool it probably is not as bad. It would not prevent me from staying here again.

Frankly, we liked everything. 5 minute walk to Karon Beach, excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and vegetables, local Thai offerings, omelettes, fresh juice, coffee and tea. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool has lounge chairs all the way around where you can dip your feet in the water as you lounge. The swim up bar you can get drinks or food. I thought the food prices were more than fair for a 4 star hotel. As far as our room goes…our bed was very comfortable, they provide free drinking water, and respect your right to skip a day of cleaning should you want that. The hotel is newer, so it looks crisp and clean. We were there in peak season and needed to sleep 3 people in one room so we had a junior suite and paid 180 USD / night which I thought was fair especially with breakfast for three included. Being in Karon it is easy to grab a cab to Kata Beach, Patong area, or anything else really. Last but not least, the Hotel Manager, Miss Agnes, is wonderful! Every morning she walks around breakfast talking with her guests. Her conversation is very engaging and she is 100% committed in making sure you are enjoying your stay. Her personality and mission is carried out by her teammates as the reception, bell hops, room service, restaurant workers, and head chef all smile and greet you. They make you feel like family.
