The room was a bit dark, only a few dim lights and if there is no daylight, it's difficult to use the mirror to groom.

Of course hotel has no control over their neighbors, but the hostel across the street play VERY loud music until 11pm every night. This made early nights impossible.

Nothing really. Although it wasn’t a problem we had to pay a holding fee which we got back in cash. If Krabi was our last Thailand location we would have been left with a lot of money in a currency we can’t use. However luckily we are staying in Thailand so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Location, pool area and bar. The rooms were lovely and and I liked that we had a pool view.

The air conditioner was not cold enough and the water heater in the room was constantly cold and had to call for service every time when we wanted to shower.

Overall it was accessible to the beach, food area and shooping.

There was a bit of a smell around the reception area. It's a bit of a walk away from the main part of town, but we knew that going in and didn't mind the walk.

Good value for money. The rooms were modern and spacious. Very comfy beds. We enjoyed using the gym and the pool facilities.

Take a deposit of 1000 baht (credit card details or cash) on arrival at the hotel - not really an issue, but something to be aware of. We haven’t experienced this anywhere else on our trip.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Room was spacious with a comfy bed, nice balcony overlooking the pool. Swimming pool was a good size, with a range of depths. The gym facilities were also good and kept in good working order.

There was a weird smell upon arrival, somewhat of a sewer smell. It eventually went away but definitely threw us off when we first got there.

The beds were comfortable and the room was well air-conditioned. The pool was nice.

Some fixtures are wearing for example exposed decorative metal on exterior walls although doesn’t affect use or safety. I think pot metal is used commonly in Thai construction and it doesn’t weather well with the humid and salt climate.

The property is in a good location and the rooms are spacious. The pool is also well maintained unlike other Thailand hotels we have visited.

Pool was great had shade for most of the day. Pool table was enjoyed by the kids all day and free to use. Rooms very comfortable with soft beds and interconnected rooms for families. Area had good restaurants and with the hire of a bike was in a great area away from noise.

I stayed there for 7days but my last day was quite terrible night. Because my next room was noisy all night. They came and out all time. I don't want to change the room due to early flight morning.

Its easy to go nightmarket,Ao Nang beach.

There needs to be a time set for residents to be quiet. We were woken up almost every morning by people letting their children run up and down the corridors from 6am

The breakfast was a simple spread that changed dishes daily. The food was nothing special but good enough. The spread was pretty good given the price (if booked together). Great value but not a must.

The TV in the room was nice. Great to watch movies and accessible through the usual streaming services. The location of the hotel was nice! Not too close to the busy street but also close enough. There was a 7/11 nearby and had many bike rental/tour companies along the roads to the hotel as well. (It's great to rent a bike!) The location was also close to the Landmark Night Market which had a great spread and quality of food.
