The breakfast was a simple spread that changed dishes daily. The food was nothing special but good enough. The spread was pretty good given the price (if booked together). Great value but not a must.

The TV in the room was nice. Great to watch movies and accessible through the usual streaming services. The location of the hotel was nice! Not too close to the busy street but also close enough. There was a 7/11 nearby and had many bike rental/tour companies along the roads to the hotel as well. (It's great to rent a bike!) The location was also close to the Landmark Night Market which had a great spread and quality of food.

I do not understand how they allocate towels. Initially, we had white towels for the rooms (that are grubby and frayed - ready for the bin) and were given pink ones at reception for the pool that I had to sign out. I had hung our pink towels over the balcony to dry and when the room was changed they were taken. So when I tried to get a replacement we were always told there weren't any! How were we meant to swim without a pool towel? Plus mine were taken having signed them out! I caught my clear and asked for the pink ones to be replaced. When I came back to the room later she had given me the pink ones back but not replaced the 'white' bath towels - just taken them so now we only had pool towels! They are clearly short of towels and need to invest in new white ones as they are rank. The bedding looked a little yellow tinged too and the floor wasn't always swept properly - there was dirt and bits in the section where the connecting doors are and the bathroom was a bit worn and tired.

We had a joining room - basically two rooms with the door connecting them. children in one, adults in the other - felt like a large suit! Rooms were large and spacious, bathrooms were ok. Pool was nice enough. As you face the hotel, room on the right get the sun AM and left PM - same goes for the pool. We were there for 6 nights, at the beginning it was fairly quite but the last day it was heaving! location is good - Ao Nang night markets are about 8 minutes walk away, beach is close and have some lovely beach restaurants to eat in at night with live music. We went for some morning walks along the beach - if you head right and walk as far as you can (about 2.5k) you get to a bay with sand and the water either side of you. The local dogs like to follow you on the beach - they're harmless.

The hotel is a bit rundown and the room was not very clean (for example HUGE hair/dustball under bathroomcabindf). Very bad pillows, left with a major stiff neck after 4 nights. The rooms are also not very well isolated. You hear a lot of noise from the pool area (shouting children) and the hallway. Staff is friendly but their english could be better. I also did not appreciate getting called up at 10 pm! the second night to mention that i still had to pay for my room (nothing was mentioned when checking in, thought is was handled through booking). Also, there are random men ‘lurking’ around in the lobby area asking where you are going (trying to sell you a ride), as a hotel i would not allow that.

Good location, off the strip so a bit more quiet. Big pool. Spacious room and bathroom.

The breakfast option was OK. Whatever was great would finish up very quickly and would rarely get replenished.

Location of the property is 10/10, beach, bars, restaurants, night markets, everything is 10 minutes walk away, if you want to book a tour or hire a scooter for the day, there are plenty of places to choose from out side the hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. Beds are insanly comfortable. It was our anniversary during our stay, our room was upgraded, which was such a nice surprise! Will definitely be staying again, best place to stay in Ao Nang!

The aircondition was really loud. The first night it was hard to sleep. After few days we start to use to. We also have a problem with 5 beeds because there are not aviable such room ( which we book by booking service) we get biger room but still it was 4 beeds for 5 People. Nobody in hotel couldn't help us

Rooms are badly sound isolative. Also the neighbour has disco every night so its quite noisy until 11/12pm.

The pool was in the shade most of the day, the water was a little cold. There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom from time to time, but it could not be smelled in the room itself, just bathroom. There was no closet or a shelf to unpack in the room.

Great location, a lot of restaurants nearby. No problem with drinks and snacks around the pool. Nice lobby where we sat in the evenings. Good breakfasts.
