Manager. Mr Tom went out of his way to match me with a suitable room. All staff very friendly and helpful. Room amenities satisfactory but a wine glass would be 5 star. Safety box very easy to use.

I have to mention this and I dont like to do it but I found the Manager quite surly and rude ,i have stayed in this hotel 24 times in a period over 8 years and 2 of those years was closed. I have always been upgraded but for some reason not at all this year.,only when i asked for a better room and thank you but again the Manager was quite rude for a very loyal guest. If they have to put in a reason why upgraded I thought a loyal regular guest would of been enough. I have cancelled my next stay as im staying longer and an apartment was much cheaper.. whether I stay again at ZING remains to be seen..

long time favourite for many years now ,some reception staff have gone but great to see a few long time ones still there, But not like it was. Cleaning staff always great .

Comfortable location with all what you need: well equipped rooms of good size with good beds (pool suites), beach, nightlife in walking distance. Friendly staff, especially room cleaners and restaurant restaurant. Very good price/value ratio.

I ended up staying here for 9 nights, so pleased and comfortable was I with this hotel. Had absolutely everything I needed: very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, excellent restaurant (both for breakfast and evening meals), very friendly staff. Good value for money too + excellent location.

It’s way too noisy at night. So many bars and discos around the hotel so if you are an early sleeper, this place is not for you.

It’s a lovely hotel located close to the beach. I loved the Spanish style of it, the swimming pool’s area and the lovely helpful staff.

Convenient location to beach, a short walk and you are there. Amazing price for the room, which was basic, but clean and comfortable. Great pool area, meals were a valuable at a very reasonable price, along with bar drinks. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

food prep , was basic. no ' colour' , to liven it up! ( a bit of green,yellow?) pool & staff , very pleasant.

pool was great! nearly all the staff , were friendly, & the front desk , was excellent. there was hammering from outside the back wall, of my room , late evening, on the night before i left. very annoying!

Have stayed many times here and always been great . most staff very friendly but have had big changes in reception with at least 4 gone after being there for many years and I was well looked after being a very loyal guest ,,, First time never been upgraded and have stayed numerous times. I did have a good room but as have stayed many times thought would be looked after . Certainly a change in dynamics with so many gone.

There was a bar beside and they had loud music till three in the morning, it was a hit disturbing, but overall it was ok

Its in the middle of the city crowd and closed to the beach, lots of traditional restaurants existing and the staff have been very nice, the pool was very big we could swim there

The place ,the staff, I didn't stay more than one night because it's not the location that fits for me ,it's painted with" pride " stuff all the street. I think. The room was very big and compy. The staff gave me refund for the rest of the days.
