The windows weren't completely sealed and in the bathroom was a small opening that you couldn't close, so we were worried about mosquitos.

Great location near the city center and night market. Very helpful owner/staff who gave us great tips on activities, we also booked a bus+ferry to koh samui through her, which was much cheaper than if we had booked it ourselves. Very clean room. You can also rent motorbikes at the property.

The owner was soooo nice, she gave us Tipps where to go and what to do, and helped us. It was perfect for the price and the location especially, because we just slept one night there to get the speed the next day early in the morning and we only needed 5 minutes by foot to get there.

The heat! Room gets stuffy but you can pay extra for air conditioning.

The hotel is very down to earth, lovely hostess and staff and they are willing to offer assistance for anything. There is also motorcycle rental available and it is convenient to walk to places or get public transport anywhere. The place is nice and clean, very simple, good for travellers on low budget. We actually returned to stay for a few more days until the end of our trip. Highly recommended.

What I could hear was some sort of generator outside one of the side windows which may have been linked to air conditioning. It sounded similar sound to a fridge but was not over powering. That is my only minor negative point to make. As you can see not many complaints and I would recommend this place.

Warm welcome and smile from main host when checked in and in interactions after, compared to many places I last stayed during my trip. Also other staff member I encountered was just as nice and helpful. They remind me of the Thailand I remember when last visiting 20 years ago. Friendly and helpful staff like these make a huge difference for me personally. Communal hall and stairs nice and clean. Got to room and again nice and clean and presentable, bed sheets smelt fresh and of washing powder. Nice view over river. Only few minutes walk to food stalls next to river and start of all the shops. Only then a little further walk to 7-11 and night market. Close to certain ports if you need them. Had table, chairs, TV, fridge, hangers and shelves etc. Bathroom ok looking and hand soap included which was nice, water pressure decent on shower. Nice to have a cosy bar downstairs if needed.

Nice room. You can choose whether you want air conditioning at an additional cost or fan only. We were very pleased with the location. From the communal balcony you have a beautiful view over the river. Easy to walk to the center and friendly staff.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helped us organize trips. We also really liked to location of the hotel, its right on the river and theres a nice restaurant next door that we frequented.

Looking a bit tired and in need of a spruce up in places but for the cost of the room I am not complaining.

Perfect location, fabulous room with large terrace overlooking the river. Great place for sitting with a drink and watching the world go by.

We only had a fan in the room, of which the walls really heated up during the day. If you want an AC, you'll have to pay for the key card (200bht/night). The two other girls of the stuff were high as a kite all the time (which isn't a problem, but they had sooo much trouble understanding even one word of English) Our bathroom was full of small ants, which didn't bother us and is natural so close to the harbor, but I could understand if some people are not comfortable with that.

The owner is an incredibly helpful lady, she is kind and also understands English. Additionally, I would recommend booking stuff like cooking class, daytrips, ferry rides,... with her cause she has great prices! It's super nice to just chill in front of the hotel, right at the harbor.

A water dispenser would have been nice to avoid buying plastic bottles every day. I would have paid to use one of those instead. It was pretty noisy, mostly from the a/c unit outside the window. If you can sleep with just the fan, you'll be fine. A hook or something to hang the towel or dry clothes in the bathroom would have been great.

Great location, amazing view of the river and a cool hang out area/bar. Easy walking distance to all kinds of food, shops, tour operators etc. Bed was comfortable (if you like hardish beds and we do) and the a/c was great. The hostess can help with all kinds of things and is very kind. You can buy soda, water, beer, cocktails, coffee etc. Shower had hot water and good water pressure. Everything was really clean.

Could not adjust a/c so it got too cold in the night. Bins not emptied in room except at end of stay.

Fantastic view and location by the river. Good bar and chill out area. Near night market for food and drink. Good shower and cold a/c. No shoes indoors. Friendly owner.
