The pool area was a bit cramped and the WiFi was in consistent and inadequate the food was OK but the menu restricted

I liked the size of the unit it was very spacious although a little dated and the staff were very helpful and efficient the management also especially lek who did all she could to help above and beyond really

Room AC didn’t work on arrival. Took 4 hours to get a room that had working AC Room dated. For the price I expect something a little more up to date. The tiles in the pool are all chipped and broken not fixed. An example of how this place has looked after things Miles away from the popular areas.

The bread at breakfast could have been fresher. The hotel needs freshened up. Showers hot / cold difficult to control.

The room is huge, it felt like living in a home. The furniture in the room was amazing. Very plush! Good room service. I liked the Indian touch at breakfast.

The fixtures and fittings are tired and worn. Patio sliding doors to both balcony entrances could not be secured and locked, this worried me. A/C temp in the bedroom was only adequate, when I increased the power, electricity tripped the fuse.

I like the very spacious apartment with large bedroom, ensure shower and WC, plenty of wardrobe space. Lounge area and study room for working along with open plan kitchen. Comfortable bed. Decent pool and fitness room.

Free Upgrade, the room was much bigger and comfortable than expected. Had a fantastic kitchen facility, but i chose not to use. Very close to pubs and restaurants, markets. Great location. Had an initial problem but sorted swiftly. I would stay again.

Receptionist staff need to be more friendly The pool needs to be better maintained place needs a lick of paint maybe the owners could try and upgrade or put money into this hotel.

The room s are great.......and big, but some rooms ((family suite with single beds, air con did not work and when you have kids from a cold climate with out air con was not good. How ever the hotel did change rooms for us. **another problem when travelling with kids make sure the pool is not under maintenance. 2 days with no pool the kids were upset. The kitchen staff was excellent and give that man a raise. front reception:- if you dont like your job then dont do it and get another, as a family paying a lot of money for this hotel we want a good atmosphere , the receptionist did not. So bad my kids went out the back entrance as did not want to see or speak to front receptionist.

There was no staff at the reception for some time in the morning. The phones in our rooms were not working. We arrived at late noon and there was no food at the hotel. We were suggested to eat from outside the hotel. However, one cannot be this flexible if they are traveling with kids. This is the only reason I have give 8 instead of 10 to the hotel. Everything else was good. Breakfast was there at the hotel. But we did not opt for it as we weren't sure if it would be available as a day before we could get no food. So we decided on having breakfast outside as well.

The room size was good.. the rooms were clean, very comfortable, well lit and spacious. We travelled with kids and kids had a lot of room to move around. The hotel met my expectations in terms of the room size. A microwave, hot plate and descent size refrigerator was also there. Hence it is suitable for travelers staying longer. Rooms also have spacious cabinets.

most of the staff are lovely however, some of the staff at the counter did not make me feel so welcome. Sometimes not even offering a greeting, I didn’t recognise many of the staff so perhaps they’ve changed some staff. Anyway, it’s still a nice hotel, friendly staff with the cleaners the housekeepers.

I love this property. I love the spacious rooms and I stay here virtually every year.
