Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPersonal choice but the cleaning staff could have had more access to PPE as there were many cases of gastroenteritis going around the hotel at the time and the cleaners in particular did not wear masks or gloves.
My partner and I stayed for almost 2 weeks at the start of September. Unfortunately my partner fell ill on the third day into the holiday so the majority of our stay was spent in the hotel room. The staff were amazing and were on hand to support us where they could. A special thank you to Summer! She was so welcoming, kind and supportive of us and made our stay the most comfortable.

IraqMy stay was outstanding. The location is ideal, providing excellent access to local attractions and stunning views. The facilities are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. However, it was the staff that made the experience truly exceptional. They were remarkably friendly, attentive, and committed to ensuring everything was perfect. While there’s always room for minor improvements, the excellent service and high-quality amenities made this stay remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb location, excellent comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

Singaporehonestly I can't say anything negative too much. Its quite large and its not too clear where the lobby is for the block at the back so I think some signposts could be useful. That was the only real negative.
I really enjoyed the rooms funny enough. It felt clean, fresh and very aesthetically pleasing. Big bonus was the beds and variety of pillows (I have a stiff neck). The quality of breakfast room service was also very delicious.

AustraliaNo opening windows to standard rooms, no day spa on site. Despite paying in full they wanted to take a ridiculously large security deposit - equivalent to over $500 AUD which was excessive and not stated anywhere on my booking.
Fantastic location - quiet and away from all the craziness but an easy walk. Located opposite the beach where all the vendors and water activities are. Modern and new resort, great infinity pool overlooking the beach

United KingdomToo many kids running around at times, but that cannot be helped as a family hotel. Would suggest maybe one of the pools or areas is adults only. Shower was running hot and cold without touching thermostat. I didn’t raise the issue as it didn’t affect me to much, however should I have raised this, I am in no doubt that they would fix / solve the issue.
Very clean, staff are very helpful. Room is big, room service available and house keeping worked around my schedule and being available to clean room late afternoon
