This is an amazing property, located just across from Patong Beach. It has great and varied breakfast options, and several lounge areas and pools where you can relax; including an infinity pool, where you can see the beach. I can’t staff enough good things about the staff. They are all very accommodating and friendly. I would like to say a special thanks to Hannah, an assistant manager, who made us feel very welcome; and generously helped us with a late checkout. I also want to thank Sao in the pool area and our housekeeper Aom. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Four Points Sheraton!

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and we were blown away by the exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. The room was immaculate - clean, beautifully decorated, and with a breathtaking view of the pool and also the Patong Beach right outside our window. We were delighted to find the staff had prepared a lovely honeymoon-themed decoration on the bed, and they even brought us a complimentary cake, which was a wonderful surprise. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious international and local cuisine, ensuring we started each day off right. And the hotel's prime location directly across from the beach allowed us to enjoy the sand whenever we pleased. But the true highlight was the incredible service from the hotel staff. They were unfailingly kind, helpful, and attentive to our every need. Their hospitality truly made our honeymoon stay feel extra magical. I would give this hotel more than 5 stars if I could. It is the perfect honeymoon destination, and we feel so lucky to have chosen it for such a special occasion. We cannot wait to return on future anniversaries. I give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for an exceptional beach getaway.
