Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Big rooms and big beds - we are 2 adults with 2 children and had plenty of room. location is very close to Terminal 21 mall, Metro station and BTS. good value breakfast and very attentive staff

AustraliaNext time I will stay in the pool wing rooms as we had to travel down to ground floor to catch another lift up to the pool area, this wasn't a problem but would be preferable.
The location on Soi 15 is perfect for us to access the BTS and to go to the places we needed to go. The staff at the hotel we couldn't fault, they were always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was one of the best spreads we've had at lots of hotels in Thailand. The room was very comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us.
