Pool, lovely size and, they are having issues with cleaning and trying a temporary system. Fingers crossed it works, was cloudy at times. General areas, are a little unkempt, we thought added to the charm, but others may not.

Location - great feet from the crystal clear sea. You can walk into for ages and just chill! Some bars/restaurants and supermarkets within 10 mins walk but a scooter is a must. Bungalow - lovely, clean and everything you need. The only negative for us is that it is a king bed. The room is small so I would prefer a normal double. The balcony was great to relax on too. Staff - helpful and easy to get along with good food too.

A bit tired looking here and there..broken sun loungers etc but nothing a little maintenance wouldn’t fix

AC kept getting off on its own, couldn't switch off the timer even after several attempts. The weather was cloudy and rainy, and the temperature was comfortable, so we managed.

It is very conveniently located in the southern part, close to the thong sala pier and haad rin beach. Property has a private beach, swimming pool, and bunglows type set up.

First Villa Beach Resort is located directly at the beach. They help you renting a Scooter easily (and a Scooter is recommended to drive around the island). We've been there to visit the Full Moon party - they help you organize the Taxi (300 bath / person which is totally fine). We had an amazing stay and would come back immediately.

We stayed one night for full moon party and even though it is pretty far from the event, the staff was super prepared and organised taxis and offered uv paint. Very spacious room.

Property requires a moped or using taxi’s to get to most places. Rooms good do with some updates and modernisation

Water pressure was terrible - very difficult to wash your hair. Rooms are quite dated.

We also booked it because the pool looked great. However, the pool was not functioning properly. It turned green on our second day there and it was not good for swimming.

The location on the beach was why we booked it, and we were not disappointed. The rooms were all clean and everything was in working order.

Nice pool and right on the beach. Food was delicious (we only had one meal there but very tasty). Good sized beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Laundry, 7 eleven and good places to eat nearby.

Mold and ants in the bathroom.

I like this place very much. I have been there before and now received an nice upgrade. Staff is extramely nice and helpful. Maybe toilet in villa is not the best (a little mold around the bathtub) but its worth money. View from the garden is georgous, swimming pool is clean. Meals are sooo good. A motorbike is needed there because is quite far from the city. I will come back there for sure.

Water pressure was not good.

We stayed here for 4 days and we did enjoy our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and are so quick to organise bikes/taxis when you need. The room itself is a little outdated but does the job. The shower pressure was awful and there was two lizards in our room but that’s what’s expected when staying in a room like that near the beach.

I enjoyed my stay . The bungalow was very good . The aircon was ok. Bed is a little hard but that's good for my back. . The restaurant was good . Loved the lemon mint shake
