Directions were a bit off. Turned up the 2 sois/hotel entrances before Favorite Hotel which weren't easy to turn around in. Had to pay cash only, no cards or QR code to scan.

Super close to the beach. Incredible value based on the location (if you're OK with basic accommodation). Water was hot. Room was clean. I could park right outside. We didn't check the pool out, so can't comment on the pool area.

The pool was a little dirty. The shower head is badly placed. Found some bugs on our floor when we checked in.

The toilet and shower area was small and tucked away. It had to be ventilated but that was easy.

The room was basic but large and clean. wifi was strong. I enjoyed use of the pool also.

Bed was a bit hard for my back.

Clean, good location, hot shower. Lots of restaurants and shops around but not noisy. Clean pool which gets the sun. Quiet off the Main Street. 5 mins walk to the beach. The lady also let us leave our bags there all day and helped us book a taxi to the airport which was cheaper than Grab.

Breakfast was underwhelming; shower head needed to be held and there was no hot water, at least in our room.

Great location but poorly signposted (take the side road at Il Tagliere, Italian restaurant). Big, clean room with a huge firm bed and good air con.

The drains smelt fusty in the bathroom and think it’s because there is two holes that were uncovered in the floor.

Good location and ideal for if you want to be near Kata Beach. Room was big and spacious and bathroom was clean and very powerful shower. Beds were comfy and air con was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had an issue and although the man didn’t speak much English he helped us as best he could.

Bedroom has a smell, shower head holder didn’t compliment the head so had to wash holding the shower head.

I was searching for a low-cost apartments with good enough rooms at Kata Beach and I’ve found it. The room is really perfect for it’s money and the hotel is just 300 meters from the beach. Respect.

I liked everything but I could understand that some people may not like being right on the road. However, this road isn't busy, just the hotel buggy comes past and some cars and people etc but very peaceful at night, nothing to worry about.

I loved most things about this place. The room was very spacious with a TV, great aircon, decent sized bathroom with an excellent shower, kettle and tea/coffee, huge fridge and good internet. The staff were fantastic too as they are always on hand to help at reception (24 hours), can clean your room when you want and even let me stay a few extra hours before I had to go to the airport. Finally, the location is excellent, just 5 mins walking to Kata Beach, 2 mins to the Smart bus stop, 15/20 mins or so to Karon beach and 15/20 mins to Kata Noi beach too. Lots of restaurants, bars, ATMs and shops as well.

The first room we got there was ants everywhere and there was a horrible smell . We had a 3 year old so we told them we couldn’t stay in that room so we got another room and the bed sheets were absolutely rotten and the place was disgusting . Nothing was cleaned and we then found a dead bug in the bed . This place is absolutely horrible . Ignore what you read in the reviews these people are crazy . This place is absolutely stink

We’ve been travelling Asia for a while and this is one of the nicest accommodations we’ve had! It’s exceptionally clean: bedding, towels, surfaces, etc. And very spacious. The amenities are great, big mirror, air con, fridge, hair dryer, excellent shower and bathroom, (plus the pool is lovely and quiet, a nice place to chill in the day). Would entirely recommend to anyone travelling, or just holidaying with your family, even if you aren’t on a budget, this place is UNREAL for the price!

The cost to stay was extremely cheap. I might have got lucky, but for the location you can't beat the price. It was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed.

The bathroom smelled like sewage, and the shower head was too high and not adjustable at all. The bedsheets also smelled unpleasant. When AC was on, it was hard to breathe because dust came out from it. Windows cannot be opened. Wifi was too weak, I couldn't play YouTube. The bed was hard as a rock. Balcony is right next to public road. Strangers were sitting in front of our balcony in the morning.

I arrived at midnight and when I got to my room I discovered I didn’t have any towels. Had to go to reception and request some the next morning. Then had to request fresh towels every day as the cleaners would never replace them. Also they don’t give you water each day, only 1 bottle at the start of your stay. Also I left my room key at the front desk when I would go swimming at the beach (because I was worried about having my stuff stolen at the beach), but then when I came back to reception my room key was left sitting out on the unattended desk where anyone could grab it! It might’ve just been safer taking it to the beach with me! I didn’t leave my room key with reception anymore after seeing this. There’s also no way to contact reception from the rooms, the QR code doesn’t work. It’s also a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, despite looking like a “beach front” kind of property.

The room itself is fine, bed was comfortable, aircon was veryy loud even on quiet mode but worked well.
