We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

i loved everything. the beds are HUGE. so comfortable and the showers and bathrooms r very clean. i’m not gonna lie i only booked this place for the cats and i’m so glad i did. they are amazing. the owner is amazing too. she said she has about 30! i love all the cats, especially bradley. he followed me around everywhere and was always trying to lay on me. makes me miss my baby’s from home so much.

Loved the owner, the nicest lady ever! So many cats and beautiful nature around. I’ve never seen beds bigger then the dorm beds here and the bathroom was also spacious and clean.

Bed was really spacious and you had your own personal fan by the bed. Everything was clean and you were given a towel upon arrival and bottled water. The bathroom and shower area was spacious and clean. The owner was so lovely, she even taught us how to ride a scooter.

IrelandA lot of cats in the communal chill areas which I personally didn’t like and made me a bit uncomfortable but I just stayed out of there. They go a bit crazy if you have food.
Amazing comfortable and clean, huge beds plus towels provided. Very easy to chat with other guests. The hostel owner is so so lovely she even gave us a lessons on scooter and organised the rental!

SwedenThe water has a bit rusty smell and color, due to high iron. The owner said they gonna have it fixed by April.
The hostel is great located, surrendered by lush green plants, close to the jungle. The shower rooms have big windows, which you can open while showering and feel like you are outside. The owner is such a lovely person,she made sure we have everything we need and even drove me to the pier with my big backpack the last day. My boyfriend had his scooter. We even got a small gift in the end. So lovely, friendly and home atmosphere in this place. Highly recommend! The owner has many cats which walk freely in the common spaces so just a small warning for people who are allergic to cats, maybe this is not the best place for you. Otherwise, all good.

The location is remote and very quiet and the surrounding view of the montains and jungle is amazing. The beds are huge and comfortable. Furthermore, I've had an awesome time with the hostel's guests. This hostel is a hidden gem in Koh Yao Yai.

United KingdomThe nicest hostel we have stayed in! perfect from start to finish! The lovely host arranged a bike for us to be left at the pier on arrival and she greeted us. The beds where huge and the linen was really fresh! You get a privacy curtain, your own fan, light and plug socket. the room has air con, and the bathrooms are lovely and clean. There was a communal kitchen area with fridge, kettle and toaster. The host left us water everyday and fresh fruit that she had grown in her garden. There are lots of cats that are so cute! Definitely stay here if you’re coming to Koh Yao Yai, couldn’t recommend it enough!!
