Nice, spacious room above a cozy chic bakery. The hosts even brought us a baked good as a gift. Complimentary cookies and snacks available.

The room was large and comfortable and very clean. Great location within walking distance to the river and local markets. Would have liked to stay longer but it was an overnight stop close to the airport.

Lovely rooms with fresh coffee beans and equipment to make proper coffee, plus the best welcome snacks I've ever come across- freshly baked downstairs. Rooms are very nicely decorated and spacious with natural products such as shampoo.

AustraliaStaircase up to the hotel was a bit hard for our older travelers, there was a clothes dryer running all night not sure if in hotel of surrounding buildings and if someone when to the toilet in the middle of the night the door was loud. I would still stay here again for a transit as everything else was great

Clean, comfy and homely but they haven't compromised on the facilities a bit! Very professional, great coffee and dessert place right downstairs, and an even better location! Loved the complimentary brownie :) would've loved to stay here longer.

AustraliaOk, to get to a family tree hotel, you will be climbing a lot of stairs. Luggage they will take care of it and take it to your room. You won't wanna be dragging your luggage up a circular stairwell unless you are carrying light luggage. However, good leg workout if you keep forgetting things Wouldn't recommend this hotel to elderly people who have less physical mobility.
The rooms were clean and well catered. we stayed in room 6403 for 1 night and then on our way back 6402 for 3 nights.. Love the way the hotel is designed very trendy modern decor and really good vibe. The staff is very helpful and friendly they speak very little English, but don't let that damper you communicating with staff google translate and learn to speak Thai even the basic hello good morning good bye thank you oh and how much? The cafe downstairs, called Much Mellow, is awesome, excellent food coffee. It's a great selection, and I am so going to miss the pastries better than Western food
