Exceptional staff and service. Feels magical, spacious and very clean rooms. Very tasty breakfast. Absolutely the best place to stay in Pai. We fell in love with this place.

Amazing stay at Family house Zen. Beautiful resort, peaceful and only a short scenic walk from the Main Street. Nong and his family were super friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations on how to spend 24hrs in Pai. Really appreciated the lift offered to bring us from the bus station to the hotel. Great breakfast selection too.

Fantastic staff who went above and beyond . Great location. Walking distance to town but far enough away not to be disturbed. Great breakfasts. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Water replenished daily with the room being spotless. We could not fault this hotel. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing. The only thing worth mentioning is the lack of food during the day. Only drinks and shakes. But... the main street is 5 minutes walking, so it didn't really bother us

Everything! We booked 3 rooms, a family with 4 kids. Rooms were great. Kids loved the pool. Staff is amazing, always smiling and helping in whatever we need. Breakfast was good with enough variety for all of us. Best location! Quiet and yet 5 minutes walk to the main street. Really wished we could stay longer.

Obviously it's not a new hotel, the room seems a bit old to me. The pool was turbid, although it had rained one night before, it has not happened in most of the hotels I've stayed.

So many mosquitoes that we couldn't sit comfortably outside by the pool or on the balcony. The rooms lacked a bit of 'boutique' atmosphere for me, f.e. there was no place to put the towels in the bathroom, the used glasses didn't get replaced on the second day and you have to close blinds to cover a glass window between the bathroom and bedroom if you want to have soms privacy in the bathroom.

Beautiful pool, even had some white flowers in it from the trees around it. Nice garden and some green plants and trees on the property. The breakfast was very good: there's many options and you sit in the shade overlooking the garden. On a clear day you can also see some mountains in the distance. Location is also great; it's on the other side of the river, but close to a bridge (bamboo bridge which you can only cross by foot) so it's about 7 minutes walking distance to the main street of Pai. The bed was big and comfortable. The rooms are all attached to each other so it can probably feel a bit crowded when it's fully booked, but during our visit it was very calm and quiet and we slept well.

The staff we’re so helpful, they provided transfer to and from the property ! Location was perfect far enough away for peace and quite but a 3 min walk from main streets, cool bridge to walk over on the way home !

This place is perfect, the staff are amazing! Very quiet and peaceful, right after you enter the place it’s feels like home, room is great, clean, pool is amazing, breakfast was very good, our kid just loved to play around and didn’t want to leave, the owners even celebrate his birthday with cake and gift without us asking for a thing. We will be back for sure. Thanks for amazing hospitality!

The breakfast was delicious, but I wish there were more Thai offerings.

The resort was in an incredibly peaceful setting. Even so, it was only a 5 to 10 minute walk down the lane and across a bamboo bridge over the river to get to the heart of Pai. It was wonderful to sit out on the deck, enjoying their scrumptious breakfasts while watching the birds and the flowers. I also enjoyed the swimming pool which was a cool break after a hot day. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is truly a remarkable place to stay.

Great place! The stuff were amazing! Good breakfast, nice pool, great room with space and aircon. The location was great! Just a few minutes walk from the night market. The change towels and water every date and the room was really clean.

Amazing family run hôtel. The room was a nice size even with 3 single beds. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Homemade. The welcome at reception was great. The pool à nice addition at the end of a hot day visiting. Loved it and would happily return.

We were here for only one night because Pai didn't appeal to us with its atmosphere, but the complete opposite applies to this accommodation. Honestly, everything was perfect. Extremely kind hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were so gracious. Beautiful room, pool, and so far, the best breakfast we've had in Thailand (we've been here for a month). Everyone can find something from the wide breakfast selection, and you can order everything if you wish. We had two breakfasts, but I completely understand the royal court from the Middle Ages, who, having stuffed themselves with feathers, caused a choking reflex to continue the feast. Here, it's worth considering! :D :)))
