Unfortunately the food was not very nice. On our first night we had the dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and it was very disappointing. We ordered local dishes like Papaya Salad, Tom Kha Soup but they didn’t taste nice at all.

Such a lovely hotel. It’s located right by the beach surrounded by the palm trees. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. What I like the most about it is the staff and service. They are so friendly, professional and ready to help. They always take extra mile to make sure you are enjoying your holidays.

The staff were so lovely and friendly! They made us feel so welcomed. The hotel itself was outstanding! The beach was beautiful, the pool was amazing with the swim up bar. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in koh samui.

It is a perfect place for relaxing and to enjoy nature. The view was breathtaking, and the forest around the villas was amazing, and they took very good care of it to keep it clean. We booked the Ocean Suit , Room was spacious and had all what we needed and the balcony was very nice with jacuzzi and 2 sunbeds. Breakfast options were a bit limited specifically for people from the Middle East and Gulf Region. Staff were amazing and very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. You'd need to have transportation as the hotel is not close to any of the main attractions as a walking distance. Overall, it is very recommended please if you're seeking a place to relax and have a quiet vacation.

I loved my stay here so much. The location, right on the beach was fantastic. In both directions there were great options for alternative spots to eat and drink. It was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were really friendly and accommodating and the room was perfect.

The private hotel beach is not so nice according to samui, it's not nearby supermarkets resturants so you have to take a taxi, the spa massages are in a high price acording to samui

The online room service menu was very poor especially when i didn’t want to eat the expensive Thursday event menu in the restaurant. There was not much of a beach to play on

heavily overpriced, the food in the restaurant super expensive and poor quality...(this was the only place in Thailand that disappointed us), location rather far from main points of interests, you hav to take a taxi to get out to the town, etc, hotel needs definitely a renovation as some facilities are well run down (pool, etc). Also the beack in the afternoon after the high tide is pretty much gone and the water comes against the wall....

Water will stop for a while for 10 seconds or so during shower (maybe I live on a higher floor so water pressure was not as strong); needed a bit of walk to reach the main road

Swimming pool closing time at 7pm is way too early. Laundry service so so expensive we were shocked. Around 25 euro for a few items. Lastly it’s not possible to turn on the light on the terrace before opening the door and putting the key into the socket… hence we struggled to find the key and open the door in the dark. Having said that, we had an amazing stay and would definitely go back.

Everything in this hotel was amazing! We booked 2-bedrooms beachfront villa with a pool. It was very spacious and clean and the view from the room was just stunning! We could observe sunset while sitting on the terrace. Private pool was big and the kids spent there majority of the time. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff in the hotel was very kind and helpful. Everything looked even better in reality than on pictures. I recommend this hotel to everyone. We will surely be back here one day!

Every day the same breakfast (could alternate the fruits). Hair drier in the room could be more powerful. Spa services very expensive. Food in the restaurant was disappointment, ate there 2 times, 4 different dishes, and only thing that was alright was the pizza. Also the staff, were chating and just floating around, always had to fight for their attention.

Beautiful pool and hotel area, sea view garden villa was spacious, clean. Nice big bathroom. Complimentary water. We lived that they had beach towels in the room. Fruit snacks and a cold towel by the pool once a day. Free use of paddle boards and kayaks.

Lovely peaceful surroundings and great service. The place is quiet and away from Chaweng.A more sophisticated resort. Fisherman's village is 10mins by hiring a scooter so nightlife is accessible. Our pool villa was lovely and the staff and manger were very accomodating.

Lovely beautiful property. Very clean and staff all welcoming. The Manager Mr Neung made sure everything was just right. Had a wonderful massage listening to the waves lapping at the shore, no need for fake rainforest sounds, just sooo relaxing. The pool villa was such a peaceful retreat.

The only real downside is the location. If you're looking for something quiet and secluded this is the location for you, however we did require taxis to drive us to the main strip and back as it is a long walk by foot.

The cleanliness of the rooms, friendliness from all the staff and the pricing of the services. It is a tranquil location ideal for some a romantic getaway or some R&R. We had a private pool in the villa which was a great size and cleaned daily. Spacious rooms which were also cleaned daily with a turn down service which was a lovely touch. We also treated ourselves to the spa services which was reasonably priced and just an overall beautiful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay at Fairhouse and wouldn't hesitate to rebook with them again.

Bar service at pool was not consistent with times. Staff could be trained better to be more efficient in service in restaurant. Food quality could be better standard ie more Thai classics. We had one meal outside of breakfast in restaurant but did not go back for next 5 days. Some of services could be cheaper ie massage & yoga (given not professional instructor)

The breakfast selection was a little eclectic, you have usual breakfast buffet items next to mash potato and Thai green curry. Also would have a really loved some non diary milks as an option for the coffee - but the black coffee was still good! The beach wasn’t that big at the end where the hotel is, and you would need to get a grab or a motorbike if you want to do any activity outside the resort as it is quite isolated.

The hotel staff were lovely, honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer service. They were always on hand with a golf buggy if you wanted to be taken to your room or needed help with luggage The rooms were large, the beds were incredibly comfortable and it was all really clean. Also very quick wifi which was great. The rooms also came with flip flops and umbrellas for you to use if you need to The dinner menu at the hotel is delicious and very reasonably priced. The ice cream selection was also great for days spent round the pool. There was plenty of sunbeds by the pool which were padded and comfy to lie on

The resort's pool wasn't very clean, other than the many leafs in and around the pool. the walls and floor of the pool were dirty and green.

The beach villa was very nice and private, it was very close to the beach and had a very big and clean private pool. The room design and facilities were very nice. The resort offered free kayaking and sap all day long. The staff provided us every night with snacks and lit incense in the villa.
