We had leaking on our aircond for 3 nights.

Location is good, near hot spots but quiet enough. A lot of massages nearby. Perfect after a long day out. The family suite is really comfortable. Amazing value for money!

Beds were a bit too hard for my liking. The showers water pressure was low and the shower area was poorly lit. Breakfast could have had a little more variety, everyday it was the same menu.

Location is a plus. Short walking distances to the famed night markets. Many restaurants in the vicinity both local and international menus can be found. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely big rooms with nice layout, clean and very comfortable. Good aircon and provide 2 bottles of water each day and can refill downstairs. Replenish toiletries each day so good if you’re travelling light. In the centre of the old town so a great base for a stay in Chiang Mai. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have loads of info on tours and activities, we used a travel agent in the old town (would recommend as they actually gave us a better price than if we booked ourselves) but really helpful to get an idea of what you want to do. The breakfast was ok, but there are loads of great little cafes in town. Breakfast was convenient when we were getting picked up for day trips. Would recommend Estia and would stay here again.

Quite a lot of mosquitoes and can be a bit stuff, should have a humidifier.

Great location, close to temples in Old Town with plenty of restaurants nearby. Sunday Walking Market is also just a 2-min walk. Airport is just 10-15 minutes Grab ride. Breakfast is basic but good enough for the morning, new items on rotation. Swimming pool is small but quiet. Staff are really nice and helpful.

The pool is small, but clean and ok. The breakfast is a little basic, but met my expectations.

The staff are all fantastic! They're all very friendly and always anxious to be helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adjusted for us so we could eat before leaving on our 7:00am tours. We booked 2 tours directly from the hotel for a reasonable price and were very satisfied with both. The location in the old city is very convenient and quiet. I will happily return if I go back to Chiang Mai.

Breakfast is bad. Few opciones and if you wait until 40min before closing there is few left. Beds can be better..ours was very hard.

Room was big, altought we pay for it, and we like all room's distribution. Shower was good. Personal was helpful and friendly. Pool is small but ok. Location is excellent

There were a little stairs to climb which wasn't too convenient for my elderly parents with kneecap issues but it wouldnt be a problem if you have no leg/knee issues. The breakfast was at most average, but at the rates they're charging, breakfast was really a bonus. Swimming pool was small but clean. As a chinese, i didnt like the room configuration: Main bedroom had 2 mirrors facing each other & the beds (our feet) were facing the room doors. Our bedroom was right beside the emergency exit stairs. The other room had 1 bed facing door, another bed facing mirror. IYKYK

Location was very good! It was very centralised, with 1-2 mins walk from Sunday walking street. The rates were very good, staff were nice, beds were comfortable & rooms were clean. Our family room was spacious (2 bedrooms & living room), lots of space for the family & i really appreciate that there were mini fridges in both rooms. It was my dad's birthday, i expected (at most) a little cake from the hotel but they also included a card & a little room decoration! Overall, they did beyond our expectation!.

Very well located right in the city center. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and absolutely loved the size of the whole apartment and the fact that we even had a living room. The people working there were very nice and helpful. I noticed that many people complained about the breakfast, which I cannot really agree with. It's true that they offer the same things every day but I think they have quite a good selection: cereal, fruits, scrambled eggs, sunnyside up eggs, sausages, toast with jam and one rather traditional dish and on one day they also had pancakes. I think you cannot expect a much bigger selection than that considering that this is not a 5 star hotel. There are plenty of great breakfast places around in case you feel like eating something else one morning (Fern Forest, Zohng Coffee ro only name a few). I also loved the fact that it's located in one of the side street because that way it was very quite. The pool is small but clean and it does what it's supposed to - cool you down. I can highly recommend this place, especially for families.

Breakfast very nice, staff friendly an helpful. Had a lot of tours to book. We had an outstanding day with taxi driver Tang Aroonsit. She speaks outstanding English and is a kind of tour guide. You should book her via the hotel. She brought us to the waterfalls (great!!)
