We paid for accommodation with pool and restaurant as it was too far from other places to eat. Pool was closed as well as restaurant. I understand it was under construction but guests must be informed of it sooner than when they arrive for check in! This was totally unacceptable. Lady at the reception tried to scam us by keeping our passport when renting a scooter. Due to the construction works the area was unsafe to walk through, all banging and noises starting 8am in the morning right behind our bedroom wall! The breakfast was extremely weak. They say it’s a buffet breakfast but you have choice of 3 ready meals, 2 of which was fried rice.

The only downside I can tell are thin walls, therefore, if you have a loud neighbors (as we had one night), you might want to use an extra pair of stoppers. Also, for the people without driving license - you might have a hard time getting there.

As for the standards of the hotels, I need to admit that the restaurant was exceptionally good. Considering that they also had a shop, place was self-sustaining. It is located downhill, and I wouldn't recommend getting there by foot to anyone, but you can (and should) rent a scooter at the reception. Even though, our room was little, it wasn't as hot as in the other places we visited (there is some greenery and trees blocking the sun). Beachfront was also nice. Also, there were some nice and friendly cats coming from the neighbors.

The tiles in the pool were broken and sharp as broken glass and my son cut himself. They couldn’t fix it as the pool was filled with water, but in my opinion the pool should have been fixed long time ago.

The room had a different layout than the pictures. We also had a loud neighboor who we coold hear through the walls. There is also construction going on and the terrace of our room was not finished yet. The location is down a steep hill, by foot it takes 20 minutes to reach a store. You need to grab a cab or rent a scooter to go somewhere, so keep that in account.

It's a very nice resort. The pool is great, the food was good nad it's a pretty resort overall. The room was also good (except that it's not the same as in the pictures, we had a different layout). I would stay here again!

As others have mentioned it is a little off the beaten track but that suited us! The food was nice but we also ate a lot at Treehouse further down the beach which was outstanding & value for money

The pool is lovely, rooms are cute if a little tightly packed together. The beachfront rooms would definitely be worth the splurge

The location is a bit too far off to walk to restaurants or shops. You need to rent a scooter or get a taxi to get to places. Both is easily arranged though, so not a big issue.

It is pretty isolated, so it’s better to rent a scooter if you do stay here. The hills are steep to get to the location, our taxi to get there wouldn’t take us all the way down to the resort.

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely, you can easily go for a swim in the ocean and then a swim in the pool after or vice versa. They have sun beds right next to the pool.

From a bird's eye, the location looks nice but upon arrival, we didn't realize how steep of a hill it was to get there. Other than walking along the beach and to neighboring resorts, it is not very walkable. We rented a scooter and it was about 20 mins to drive into town. The resort offers scooter rentals which is very helpful. If you are comfortable driving a scooter on steep roads or plan on staying at the resort most of the time, this is a great location.

Location is not the best, you need a car for whatever you want to do outside the hotel. The kitchen was slow and could not handle several orders at the same time, most of the time run out of food as soon as we started asking for it.

Everything was OK in this hotel by the beach. It even had a little gym and a Muay Thai place nearby. Rooms are nice too.

If you are a busy person, this place may be too quiet for you, it us down a big ramp. There are motorbikes you can hire, though.

If you really want to escape and do not much, this is the place to be. We just spent 10 days as a family here ( 9,14) reading and totally relaxing. We all loved it! The kids loved the choice of a pool or the ocean. We loved the amazing Thai food here as well as delicious western dishes. My kids loved the spaghetti. There are swings along the beach, SUPS, and Kayaks. If you need more action, Bo phut is just a walk or a short taxi ride away. Highly recommend!

They had a fair bit of construction/expansion happening at the time i was there. Prob reflected in discount rates. But my bungalow was extremely loud during daylight - they moved me and other location great

Staff were excellent and the food was extremely fresh at the resort restaurant. Location is great, chose this for being away from crazy Chaweng tourists etc. But 500TB to Chaweng. Scooter hire was great for local trips

The hotel is a bit far from the main road , around 5mns uphill then 10-15mns to the main road

It was a good value for money, very convenient for a short stay. Beach access from the hotel is a big plus. I really liked the staff, they were very welcoming , always smiling and helpful. The shuttle is also convenient, you can get a ride pretty much anywhere, the fare is higher than regular taxis

Location and beach was great for getaway. Breakfast was okay although I am gluten free and really wasnt that much I could eat. Pool lovely. W Hotel next door that I visited almost daily for the happy hour at the beach bar.
