The room seems to show prominent idle space, where a reclining chair or lazy couch can be added to fill more coziness. Unwanted odor somehow has no border, though areas between toilet and beds are well partitioned.

Decor and materials used. Service is superbly attended. Breakfast is sumptuous. Despite heavy and day long rainfall, staff constantly ensures that guests feel comfortable and their holiday time is not bothered by the uncertainty of weather.

The hotel is so perfect but there was a horrible smell of mold in our room! We woke up at night because of it and started coughing They changed our room it was a bit better. Such a shame hope they can fix this problem. It was really hard to breath

At the restaurant I ordered a dish and they served the wrong dish, I had started eating it when I realised it was not the same as before. The staff did not communicate they were going to replace it, and I had to ask, I did not want to wait another 30minutes so advised I would just eat what they gave me, they still charged me for it, I did not challenge and just paid, most establishments would have removed from the bill.

Hotel was lovely, the rooms were a great size.

Breakfast was very simple but enough to be filled. It was not very clean and hygienic with flies flying around the food.

It was not overly crowded and food at the hotel was affordable. It is also walking distance to many resturants, supermarkets and 7-11. The rooms were clean and provided water daily. The service was acceptable, the front lobby can help to call local taxis for you as well. Overall, I would recommend as I had enjoyed my 3 nights stay here.

Nice hotel with big pool and beautiful little beach. The room is spacious with toileterries. The staff is ok, however lady at check in first was convinced we had booking for 2 instead of 4. After some time and some calls she confirmed reservation for 4, which cause a bit of unnecessary stress. Breakfast is great and dishes at lunch bar (for charge) were good quality. The territory is rather small but you can walk also in the nearby hotels. The beach is nice and sandy. There is a little area outside of hotel with some shops, restaurants and massages. The sunsets are beautiful but the beach is rather dirty when going for a walk.

There is not continue flow of hot water in the room, it last for about 30 seconds before it gets cold. The furniture across the room has this pineapple shape handlers (closets, drawers, etc) this handlers were pointy and sharp and kept piercing our fingers everytime we touch them. Unbeknownst to me, I arrived at the pool bar a few minutes before closing time and i was ignored for some time, when the bartender approached me and when i asked for food he told me the kitchen was closed already, when i looked at the time it was 3 minutes after closing time.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed and pillows, Restaurant is great, the breakfast buffet is extensive with lots of choices to choose from, room service is fast and food is excellent. Pool is great .

The only negative thing I can find to say is that it’s quite hilly so you will definitely get your daily exercise walking around.

The location on the beach is fantastic and the resort is tucked away so it’s private and quiet. The rooms are stunning and well equipped with lovely comfy beds! But one of the best parts of the resort are the lovely staff! Frank and his team are wonderful and do everything they can to help you have the best stay! We will definitely be back again in the future ☺️

The bathroom in the hotel room doesn’t have privacy. The toilet is separated together with the shower in a small space with a door that doesn’t fully close.

It’s next to the beach and has a nice cafe with a great selection of cakes.

Eden Beach is a gorgeous resort located right on a beach. The rooms are clean and tidy and the grounds are immaculate. Senses Bar was THE perfect spot to watch the sunset, eat delicious local cuisine and sip on coconuts. What makes Eden so special are the staff members. I cannot thank them enough, especially Frank, Kwan, Fon and May. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special.

The bathroom doors are saloon style with open tops and bottoms which doesn’t give much privacy. There was a lot of plastic bottles and bits of rubbish on the beach. It would be great if the hotels along the stretch of beach, club together and have people dedicated to picking up these bottles and other plastic every morning and recycling where possible. Thank you

Lovely pool area and bedrooms were really great. Loved the oil diffuser in the room and plus in repellent is a nice touch.

Some of the staff could be in attentive. Particularly in the coffee area. Deli cafe. But in fairness, due to the time of year, this hotel and area were very quiet so they were probably just bored. But in direct interaction very pleasant. there’s nothing to really dislike about this place. Lots more insect activity here of the biting kind due to it being next to a mountain, close to jungle area which also brings more rain. However, this was the start of the rain season.

Very peaceful location/hotel. Great rooms. Plenty of space and uniquely decorated and designed. Lots of nice little touches. For example, lots of brass fittings in the shower. Just a unique design throughout our room. Swimming pool was large and good. Nice temperature. Gym was well equipped for a hotel gym. Adequate unless you’re a hard-core bodybuilder or something which is not what hotel gyms are for. Breakfast area was excellent along with food. Beach was stunning. One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Rooms kept very clean.

We stayed in a pool access room which was great as we had a 5 months old baby with us. Everything was great - the breakfast buffet, the staff, the housekeeping. The restaurants on site were also delicious, and perfect with a mix of Thai and western food. Bonus with an indoor café with air con that had coffee but also food from the restaurants.
