I would like to have the complimentary yoga PM slots, as on holiday I wasn't to keen to get up 8-10am I believe they are going to modify this we discussed with with reception when we left.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Recently refurbished. Staff so friendly could not do enough. Great menu varied and high quality plus a varies drinks & cocktail menu. Loved the pool facing the sea. All the fittings high quality and I loved the little boutique better clothes than fisherman's village in my opinion. Bed very comfy we had the duplex with private pool, stunning. If you can afford the sea view also I would go for those rooms as they are near the beach. But all the rooms amazing we took a peak, as we went in low occupancy period (1-12 June 2024). The garden rooms are just as beautiful. Great location to get to Fishermans village, quiet in the evening if you want action go to Chewang beach. You can walk to Fishermans village but with the heat we used GRAB app took minutes to arrive and approx £4-5 each way. I would defo stay again at this place without hesitation, we saw other hotels on the Island they tend to be 'too big' and not very personal or in need of refurb. We went June (low Season) great weather for 12 days. We had the pool to our selves most days. No children not sure on the policy but a must for us. We had a few maintenance issues they fixed them there and then no problem at all. I read some of the other reviews before booking, regarding the small access road to the resort. They are in the process of renovating this, as the adjacent hotel is expanding. It was no problem for us we didn't walk down as said before we used Grab. It's a short distance anyhow we preferred not to walk with the heat and humidity. I think by 2025 this will be renovated. Oh ref breakfast which was included. We never made it in time as we went out late and didnt get up until 11am! Lol. I did the laundry service whilst there (very good) and used the small Spa. Also highly recommend. Also we didnt use the comp kayak and paddle board too much time chilling .....complimentary high quality beach towels forgot to add and changed every day!

I can't think of anything I would improve at this property, they do it all so well.

A modern luxury boutique hotel right on the beachfront, in a lush garden setting. The restaurant had delicious food with an interesting menu and was in the most picturesque location overlooking Bophut Beach. Great cocktails too. The villa was spacious and private with it's own pool. The staff were friendly and warm and we felt valued and welcome by everyone. It is a special place.

The location wasn’t ideal - not a quaint area and it was a long hot walk along the highway to Bo Phut, which was dead outside of the night market. As such, we pretty much stayed at the resort the whole time.

This is just a recommendation we had a 2 bedroom villa with a pool, would be great to have some sun umbrellas around the pool for some shade.

Overall, the experience was great, but I am sharing a few points for improvement: 1. The villa has 2 floors. The ground floor has a living space and the upper floor the bedroom and bathroom. In the ground floor, there is also a small bathroom, which we thought to be super convenient, if you are drinking something in the living room, or you are in the villa's pool... rather than going upstairs, you can use the bathroom on the ground floor. However, it doesn't have a sink. Of course, after going to the bathroom, you wash your hands... so eventually you always have to go to the upper floor... hence, you may as well use the upper floor bathroom. This is not a big thing, but since you have put a small bathroom in the ground floor, would be ideal to have a small sink as well (there is space for it :) 2. No slippers. For the price and boutique style of this hotel, slippers are a must, but they were not available in the villa. 3. Food was superb, but cant say the same from the cocktails which were a bit watery. After trying a couple, I changed to wine. 4. Just as an FYI: the hotel is very much like a boutique hotel, but it is not Adults only. Just something to consider. When we were there, there were a lot of kids, so the small pool was a bit tight; hence, we spent most of the time in the beach, which is really nice.

The service was excellent ! In the restaurant we had fabulous service from the staff: timely, friendly. Special thanks to Nabdow (not sure if I spelled correctly) as she was always helpful, with a smile, funny and made the restaurant experience so much better :) The food in the restaurant was from very high quality: fresh fish, good portions (not too much, not too little) and all simply delicious. We had booked restaurants in the city center, but after trying the hotel restaurant, we decided to stay both nights for dinner in the hotel :) Also, there is a happy hour available, which is a bonus. Breakfast is also amazing, there is no buffet but is a nice menu of things you can select, which is even better and also reduces food waste. Everything fresh and very tasty, Really great ! The hotel installations are very well maintained. Perfect size of hotel for me, boutique style, where everything is well thought of. Villas are spacious and have all needed amenities (except slippers). The beach is pretty much private and super clean. We had an incredible time and would certainly go back ! Thank you :)

More attention could have been paid to preventing mosquitoes getting into the bedroom for example the cleaners closing the doors when cleaning, plugs/ scents in the room or not having the curtain by the front door making it slow to get in/ out of the room when mosquitoes could get in!

Cielo hotel room was gorgeous, so spacious and loved the huge bed, large shower, double sinks, coffee machine and complimentary water! The pool area, beach loungers and restaurant area was all lovely! I especially loved the breakfast provided!

Absolutely everything was amazing! Cant wait to return to cielo! From the owners to the staff - they were all really nice and helpful. They recommended some great places to go and eat as well! We enjoyed all the amenities. The room was lovely! We really enjoyed the complimentary paddle boarding and kayaking the resort offered. The music and vibe was always on point. There was not so much to complain about, but in a perfect world the water pressure could have been better and a nice villa patio/garden would have been wonderful.

Fantastic place, excellent high quality food (probably the best on in the area) and friendly professional staff. It was an amazing treat and the ambience was lovely. Would highly recommend. Lovely calm beach area and nice pool. Comfy bed in the room and amazing sunbeds.
