This was a perfect location a very chic little hotel right in the centre of Krabi town. Lovely breakfast and fabulous staff especially fun who was working on reception she couldn’t of been more helpful to us. We were very comfortable here during our 3 nights stay would definitely stay again if we are in Krabi again.

Wow! We had an amazing 3 night stay here and loved it. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfy and we even had a smart TV! Free snacks and an incredible breakfast! Star of the show was the receptionist called Fon! She was lovely and helped us book our boat to Railay Beach! We will be back!

There really is nothing not to like!

Very clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. River, night market, and vogue shopping centre just about at your doorstep. The breakfast is really good . The staff go the extra mile to help you with your needs. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Krabi town. The 7 eleven is across the road.

Everything was great. We very much enjoyed our stay. As others have pointed out there is no elevator though so if you struggle with stairs just be aware but the staff kindly help with bringing up luggage too.

Loved our stay at The Brown Hotel. Located near lots of great food places, a 7-Eleven right outside and a very short walk to the river and small mall too. The hotel staff are wonderful especially Fon the receptionist and our housekeeping lady who were both so warm, attentive, smiley, caring and hardworking. The rooms are very clean, comfy beds, great aircon and they even kindly upgraded us to a bigger room so they could upgrade the one we were staying in with a new TV. Their laundry service was very handy too. Wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Krabi town.

The hotel was comfortable, especially the beds, very, clean and the woman working at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The location is great, near the river and night markets but still quiet in the room. We stayed two nights and there is a lot to explore in the city.

I enjoyed very much my stay at The Brown Hotel. Excellent room with lots and lots of lights, very comfortable bed, the balcony has “double panel” sliding windows and did not hear any sound during my 2 day stay. Receptionist “Fon” is fabulous, my trip to Krabi town and surroundings would not been the same without her advice. She was always willingly ready to give suggestions about where to go and she speaks perfect English. The location of the hotel is great close to fruit market, night market, restaurants and a 711.

No elevator. So we had to carry our luggages up 3 flights of steps. The staff did assist.

Clean and comfortable for a 3 star hotel. We only needed it for one night as we had to stopover during our road trip. Staff were very helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean.

This is one of the nicest hotels I‘ve ever stayed at. The room is beautiful, the bed comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The AC and WiFi worked perfectly. It is calm at night so no need for earplugs.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, always greeting me with a smile and very helpful. The location is ideal, within a short walking distance from markets, restaurants, shopping mall, river, etc. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
