The hotel was comfortable, especially the beds, very, clean and the woman working at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The location is great, near the river and night markets but still quiet in the room. We stayed two nights and there is a lot to explore in the city.

I enjoyed very much my stay at The Brown Hotel. Excellent room with lots and lots of lights, very comfortable bed, the balcony has “double panel” sliding windows and did not hear any sound during my 2 day stay. Receptionist “Fon” is fabulous, my trip to Krabi town and surroundings would not been the same without her advice. She was always willingly ready to give suggestions about where to go and she speaks perfect English. The location of the hotel is great close to fruit market, night market, restaurants and a 711.

Great central location in Krabi Town. Easy to walk around and visit the Night Market, which is highly recommended. We had 2 rooms and they were exceptional. Really comfortable beds, everything you can think of from free drinks and snacks to coffee machine (with pods). Staff were really helpful and arranged our taxi to the airport. Highly recommended.

A great little hotel in a brilliant location, less than a minute from the river front. The lady on reception is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was superb. We loved the little balcony to sit out and watch the world go by. The room was spotless and cleaned promptly each day. There's a night market right next door, and a seven eleven just over the road. Highly recommend this hotel for Krabi Town.

AustraliaWe kept the curtains closed for privacy so a sheer (net type) curtain would address this to let in the light. An extra pillow would be appreciated ( firmer) as the pillows were soft.
Room spacious, clean, large bathroom and good shower. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location good and close to shops and restaurants and river nearby. We organised a taxi for airport easily through the hotel.

Stayed twice in March (3 nights in 2 deluxe twin rooms then 1 night in family room). Stayed weekdays. Great location near food markets. Very clean, comfortable and quiet despite being on a road with passing traffic. Big rooms and in good condition (both twin and family rooms).
