Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ThailandWe understand staff need day off and we didn't see K Wawa and K Aof to say good bye. We did not have time to try the pools.
We stayed three nights and had breakfast at the lounge which was perfect even if we were told that main restaurant offer even more variety. Rooms on executive floor 32 just excellent with turndown service and such care from the staff. The staff was really helpful, smiling, polite and service minded in a natural way and some that really stood out were; K Wawa, K Aof, K Fluke, K Mod, K Rung, K Lak, K Cindear, K Mind, K Kukkai and K Claire. The direct access to the BTS station Surasak and the easy access to Rama IV when leaving with car also super comfy and easy for us when heading south back home.

The staff were amazing, very attentive to all our needs (booking taxis, late arrival, early check-out). The room was perfect, super clean with cleaning services every day and a lovely shower too. The breakfast was a 10/10 even offering morning smoothies and a range of cuisines. The pool was cooled which was amazing and its view was incredible. We had a day trip at 6am on one of the days and they packed us up a lovely breakfast box free of charge which was amazing. If you’re not sure if you should book or not - do it!

The staff were always happy and friendly. Welcoming us from the very first interaction. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great outlook. The pool was a good size and very spectacular in the outlook. With the accompanying bar and restaurant a wonderful Oasis. The happy "hour" was also very generous. The meals were very pleasant and prepared to a high standard.

United StatesHotel is old (though very clean). Mattress is sagging. No usb charging ports in the room. No iron + ironing board in the room (but you can request).
Excellent location if you want to visit the Grand Palace, temples, Asiatique, and Iconsiam. Connected to Surasak station and is about 10mins/5stops away from Siam area. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Room is large.
