The hotel had so much more offer. The food was amazing, the aesthetic standard was very luxurious, the service was exceptional, the amenities where endless and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Super well connected too

When we arrived, the hotel recetion staff were all smiling and friendly. Bom who welcomed us at the counter was very friendly, and gave us valuable advice about taking the Airport Rail Link, which saved us a lot of time and money.

Upon returning to the room on August 31st, I found that my white North Face short-sleeve shirt was missing, possibly taken by housekeeping as it was the same color as the bedsheets. I suggest being more careful when cleaning the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the MRT and the airport express line, making transportation easy. The room is tidy and comfortable, though it lacks a bathtub. The infinity pool is stunning, and it would be great to have lifeguards stationed around the pool.

This is our second stay in Eastin Grand Phayathai and we will come back again and again because this hotel is simply the best in Bangkok! Everything is just perfect! The location, the design, the view, the pools, the restaurants, the executive lounge and the very professional staff. We love absolutely all! The lobby of the hotel is gorgeous. The breakfast - I join everybody in their opinion - is gargantuesque, the choice is enormous (there’s a printed plan of different counters, so that you don’t miss anything!). Both swimming pools are spectacular. Cocktails and canapés served in the Executive Lounge as well as its atmosphere are extremely nice, definitely worth opting for it, just check up first that your personal day routine corresponds to the happy hour (as it is kept up strictly) - with our program we managed to attend it just once, which we regretted a lot. Our room was lovely, featuring a bath next to the full size window. I can’t say I loved the area around the hotel, but the direct access from the airport shuttle and a metro station next doors is a definite advantage. The hotel is an oasis of comfort, so basically you can spend within it a very relaxing day with a high standard services - no need to go out :) Special thanks to the administration for the attention to my daughter’s birthday. I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

Nothing, our stay was great!

Superb! BTS link and airport railway connected. Breakfast was amazing everyday! Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Shower pressure and toilet clean. Infinity pools with overlooking is very good especially when it is hot outside, we have a way of spending time and enjoying inside the hotel. Restaurants and cafes nearby the hotel.

The higher pool site had very little lounging areas, even though the pool is quite large.

The restaurants were excellent, breakfast was fully loaded with everything you could think of. The pool areas were very pretty and the rooms were comfortable. The service was excellent.

- business like feel - room soundproofing, although I was in a deluxe type of room - ensure to get a room above the 30th floor cause otherwise you will hear kids from the pool area located on the 22nd floor - literally could hear the neighbors talking - too many people from mainland with bad manners

- cleanliness - attention from the staff - housekeeping reactivity - direct access to overground metro - good breakfast selection - bunch of legit food pop-ups downtowns
