Club lounge, a fantastic welcome by all the staff. Breakfast eggs are cooked to perfection every time with a good choice of options available. Afternoon tea and evening Hors d'oeuvres with great drink selection included. Rooms are clean with good Air conditioning to keep the heat down. Visited in low season very humid with plenty of water provided in the room..

Breakfast was lovely. Staff are so helpful, friendly and attentive. Daughter enjoyed the kids club. Love everything about this hotel. Will definitely be back for a third visit. Keep a look out for the monitor lizard that roams the resort grounds.

the only big minus point is: the quality of the food is not tasteful, everything is pre-cooked and just reheated - no fresh food! therefore it is not a 5 star hotel at all. otherwise a very relaxing, quiet, clean and comfortable beach resort with all amenities, fitness center, (restaurants), great spa, nice pools with lots of sun loungers and shaded areas, direct access to the sea, play area for the kids and a great kids club etc.

It was unfortunate that Mangosteens restaurant was closed for refurbishment the day after we arrived, but the 'new' location in the pavilion near the beach, with the same dining choices seemed to work well - the only downside being there was no air conditioning.

This is a beautiful resort with spacious grounds, beautiful green landscaping, and excellent facilities. Our room had everything we needed and was impeccably clean (as is the whole resort). The large swimming pool with swim-up bar is fabulous, and there are plenty of sun-loungers for everyone, including a shady area by the beach if you do not wish to be by the pool. All of the staff are wonderful - always smiling, polite, and helpful. The buffet breakfasts had every choice you can imagine and were enjoyed in the 'temporary' Mangosteens restaurant, looking out at the sea.

The pool was very hot- not refreshing during this time of year. Also, the beach is full of jelly fish. While this is not the hotels fault, no one warned us and we got in the water only to immediately notice multiple jelly fish very close to us. Also, the tide seems to bring in some trash. Also not hotels fault but they should have someone clean it up. Lemon jello restaurant was not very good

Attentive staff, beautiful property. Breakfast was great! Only 15 minutes taxi to Ao Nang. Used grab a lot although it was sometimes difficult to get drivers to accept trips from the hotel for some reason.

It had all the facilities we needed - swimming pools, the best fitness centre, kind staff, direct access to the beach, lots of equipment for activities like water sports. We took a room with club lounge access which is definitely value for money.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, helping, listening (a small conflict was quickly resolved by the Guest Relationship lady, thank you!) Very relaxing atmosphere, despite some noisy UK guests. Fantastic location! Great lounge and drinks, nice breakfast

It was away from the city and all main markets. Some daily free shuttles for movement around town would be an added bonus

The only issue was that our flight was at night so once we checked off and used the spa, we wanted to have an early dinner before heading to the airport at 6.30 pm and none of their restaurants were open so we were forced to eat at the beach side restaurant which had no airconditioned and we pretty much got fried in our airport clothes!! So if they can take this into consideration and keep at least one place open it may help guests.

The private beach is so so lovely - crystal clear waters, very safe and clean white sands. The rooms are well appointed and the resort is expansive, green and simply gorgeous. The staff are super attentive especially the ones at the Club Lounge and very accommodating. The Thai food at Mangosteen was deliciously authentic and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. The pool is well kept with lots of shaded areas (with fans!!!) and lounge chairs are always available. Overall we could not fault this property.

Breakfast selection. While there are many options, it is very limited for gluten-free, sugar free. Would be nice to have some non sugary cereal and chia seeds for example. Also the yoghurts were left out with no lids so sometimes flies were in them.
