If I had to pick something I didn’t like, it would be the noisy air-conditioning units in the rooms. They were a bit outdated and could benefit from an upgrade to match the otherwise relaxing environment. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic, and I look forward to visiting again!

We arrived at the hotel and received two rooms adjacent ,after asking a connecting rooms they change our room the next day and it was excellent. The facilities and hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean and the breakfast was the best thing of all. The pools were very good . The restaurant at the hotel had excellent food. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Very good mostly sandy beach, with great swimming especially early in the day before the low tide. Excellent facilities in the Club Lounge including wonderful breakfast. The staff are fantastic everywhere.

We can not fault it. Great location for sun, sand, sea, and nature. We love the breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. If we are back to Krabi. We will seriously consider Dusit Thani Beach Resort again. Thank you.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel. We were there out of season and part of hotel was shut down for renovation so seemed very quiet and lots of the bars and restaurants were closed.

There was really nothing bad about this place, everything exceeded my expectations.

During my trip to Thailand I traveled to six different destinations and stayed at six different hotels. This was by far the best one. The hotel was clean, centrally located, had an amazing staff, and great food. I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. Through and through it was a great stay and great experience.

The location of the hotel was a little far away from almost everything else. But there were some nice little cafes directly outside the hotel. The rooms, although extremely spacious, did not have the option of having the lights a little brighter.

Lovely spacious grounds with exceptional staff. Rooms were spacious and had great facilities. Loved the breakfast, especially the iced coffees that came with it. Hotel had a great beach as well. Even though the hotel staff told us they were running full, it did not feel crowded in the least.
