We stayed in one of the private rooms with our 1,5 year old son. The bed was wonderfully big, giving all three of us enough space to sleep comfortably. The hostel is just a few meters up the main road, which allows you to sleep quietly at night and not be woken by noisy scooters in the morning. Also the beach and lots of restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The hostel is small, which gives you a nice personal vibe. Sunny serves delicious food and Sven made us feel very much at home far from home. Highly recommend.

Lovely place and lovely people there! If I go back to Koh Lanta I’d definitely be back to DOX. Clean, in the middle of the trees, loads of nature and ac is super new in the rooms, everything works perfectly well!

The dorm room was a bit dark and the privacy curtains were not long enough to cover the whole length of the bed.

The owner and staff are very friendly. Good location to explore the island and find great restaurants at Klong Khong beach. One can rent a scooter at the location and they have a quick laundry service on site. The room and bathrooms are cleaned everyday.

Everything was great. A minor remark: there is limited privacy on the toilet available as it is directly next to the showers and open to the top.

Very nice and stylish hostel with great owners that offered recommendations and support where needed (they also have a scooter to rent available). Only a few minutes walk from the beach and lots of restaurants close by. Everything looks really new and is well decorated. The place was super clean and the atmosphere very relaxed. Since there are not that many beds available, it felt like being guest at a family’s home. Also, it was super easy to get in touch with the few other guests as there is a big table outside covered by a roof that functions as shared area. Perfect lo cation if you would like to spend a calm vacation but still socialize.

The bed mattress is quite hard, which you will experience often in Thailand. The bed curtains could be more proper, the ones they had are being torn apart easily.

Beautiful garden with hammocks to chill, cozy dorm with only four beds. comfortable and super clean bathrooms. Well designed, you feel like home here. On Wednesdays they have a food market in the garden with life music, which was very cool. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

DOX is a peaceful corner at walk distance from Klong Kong beach. The vibes of the garden are great for relaxing and chatting with the other guests and Sven (the wonderful host). Rooms are super cozy and clean, and the hammock is just the cherry on top! The best place to rest after exploring Lanta
