We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe location is bit away from the town and main restaurants around will have to walk around 1 km to have acees To the market area.. The bathroom is partially open so I was afraid of some snakes or Other insects coming in. It looks. Cool though but with the rains was not very convincing.
The room was very comfortable I had a very deep sleep the bed was big enough to spread out. The staff was helpful with everything, they got the tickets for our bus to koh Phangan, also hired a Scooter from there.

CanadaLocation. Ao nang area kinda sucks if you’re coming for the beach. Both beaches are gross. The area is fine if you’re passing through or here for inland stuff or island exploring. But not for the nearby beach.
The pool was very nice and clean. The gardens were lovely.

United KingdomBrilliant pool and great family room stayed for 3 nights as part of a longer trip. We are a family if 6 so need a lot of space. From pre check in communication to helping getting a taxi to leave the staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The room was large with plenty of space. Daily top up of water coffee and green tea. Room cleaned each day if needed. The pool is great, deep, and clean. The kids loved it. The location is fantastic. 5 min walk and you are at the beach and the night market. If you want value for money, this is a good choice.

United KingdomThe swimming pool and the staff. The bathroom was outside which we liked and didn't like at the same time! It was an experience, in a good and bad way! It was fun that it was outside, we'd never stayed anywhere like that before. It was done very well with a net as the roof to keep as many bugs/animals/birds away. I saw a snake one day which wasn't poisonous. I would recommend staying here! It was great. The swimming pool was lovely and it was open 24 hours so it was nice to relax there and watch the stars. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well, I'd really recommend staying here! We also rented cycle bikes for a low cost which was handy to cycling to the beaches and restaurants. We loved Krabi and staying here made it even more memorable and great!

Pool was fantastic. Large and great relaxing area. Room adequate. Loved location with quick walk to landmark night market, Bellini's bakery for breakfast and the beach front. Also amazing local market on Wednesday just behind them. Quiet and away from tourist drinking and party area. We were very happy with our choice.
