It was nice to have the balcony and modern bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice to have the cafe right outside.

Some umbrellas next to the pool chairs would be great for the midday sun.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is great in Kata. Within a few minutes foot walk you have the street market, the beach and a utilities like laundry and bike rent. A 7-11 is right on the opposite side of the street. The rooms are well equipped with a safe, fridge, good A/C and a small balcony with chairs and a table. Everything was clean. The pool is fantastic with a view over Kata and on the ocean. It was never crowded.

Great place to stay! The rooms are spacious and very clean. House keeping goes above and beyond! Location is great, easy 15 minute walk to the beach. 5 minutes to night markets and shops. 7/11 right across the street and large grocery store 2 minutes walk. The rooftop pool is perfect, nice sunset. The gym has a lot of equipment but is a bit small.

The reception girls were so lovely and made our stay extra special. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious & comfortable. The rooftop pool area was our favourite place to watch the sunset.

The AC was blowing straight to my face when I was sleeping. There is a roof top pool but the shadow is not enough.

Nothing all was good

Nice property that was really clean and rooms done daily. Lovely roof top pool and space. Got bikes from receptionist and they were 250baht a day. Just a 5 min ride into central kata. 30 mins on bike into patong Good little cafe outside cheap.

Breakfast could be improved, it could have more variety or options each day.

The hotel looks new, we love the rooftop pool! The room is also spacious, we have enough space for our luggages and working during the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. We requested for a room with a good view because it’s our honeymoon, and they gave us the top floor facing the city! Plus, they even arranged/set-up the room for the honeymoon vibe!

Mattress was very hard and it took a few days to get used to it. Breakfast was very basic but fine if you’re not looking for anything fancy.

Loved the pool overlooking the town (although the pool is definitely in need of a clean and paint). Really big spacious room and lovely bathroom. Ladies in reception are very helpful and can help organise scooters and ferries. With a scooter we thought the location was perfect- if you didn’t have a scooter it’s still walkable to Kata beach and main areas.

Nothing, maybe in the future we'll look for a place that is a bit closer to the beach. Also the hotel was location right next to the main road, and it was quite dangerous to walk alongside the road. But we had to do that, because there is no sidewalk next to the road.

Very good location, the beach is kind of close (10 minutes walk), many food places nearby. The room was clean and the staff was super nice. They also have a café, which is quite nice.

It is a bit far from the sea - 15 min walking. The view from the balcony was not perfect due to constructions nearby.

It seems like a relatively new hotel. It is perfectly clean. The room is spacious. There is also a nice balcony. The stuff at the reception is very helpful. Night Market is 5 min by foot.

Facilities

Location, stuff. The hotel is okay for its price. There's a nice care outside where you can get quick breakfast, lunch or coffee. Stuff was super nice. Most important - no insects or lizards in the area. Pool was also clean and fine. Nice view for swimming. You can also borrow towels from the hotel. Overall very nice stay. Pharmacy and supermarket next to it which was super handy.
