Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanThe property is quite run down with an oversupply of furniture from the lobby up to the corridors😅. Though the doors use a card lock system, you cannot open it easily because it’s kinda stuck. During our stay, the management had a screaming/fighting incident so that was that. Also, there is a distinct sewer smell just before you enter the lobby
It’s a good choice if you wanna save on accommodation. Near restaurants, a market, massage shops, train station, etc.

PolandOld furniture, a broken shower and toilet, boarded up windows, a room without daylight. It feels like I've been in the past for 20-30 years. In the hotel the floors were filled with some furniture/things, it looks like a warehouse. Not cozy.

The size of room and the location they have mentioned everything is too far but they have mentioned in meters they are misleading the location and the pool which is shown in the pictures is far away in reality and they have charged too high prices compared to pictures shown in the app I request other clients not to stay here they room size is really small and even bathroom is too small it's not near to and location they have mentioned in there profile and we ask for very small helps in reception because of language problem they don't even react if we are standing for so much of time in front of them

United KingdomThe lift was broken on several occasions. The first room we were given was an absolute disgrace the bed linen was not ironed and the towels were grey not white. Lots of dust and certainly nothing like the room we had booked The shower seal and grouting was dirty They moved us one floor up to 416 city view was like looking out at a slum. We booked this hotel because there was a swimming pool!! 2 days in I discovered what I thought was a water feature was actually the pool , there’s no way I would have went in the water looked murky. Room service consisted of asking reception to call out for a take away ?? The room we were moved to was slightly better as the bed linen was ironed and the towels were cleaner looking but still needed lots of small jobs seen too. Again the shower was in need of regrouting and a clean. We arrived early Christmas morning and were going straight out to meet family it was a great inconvenience and we were totally disappointed but just had to make the most of the situation

AustraliaThe water pressure is low in one of the rooms and water leaks around the toilet. We don’t need four big beds. We are expecting a king bed or two king single beds in each room. Two big beds in each room make the room very squishy. Perhaps you need to change the shower curtains. Give the bathrooms a good deep clean and Perhaps some upgrade.
Location is good, plenty of food stalls within a short walk. The staff members are friendly.

OmanDo not book with breakfast. It was disappointing that we didn't get to eat as we wanted Extremely poor breakfast. One type me bread. No options. Mostly rice and one type of veggie.and egg. It's not a buffet. No options for international guests. No cheese. No Jam. No honey. No fruit, except mango. Simply pure asian breakfast. You point to what you want and they will decide how much they give you. Not possible to ask for more of one thing not even at your first serving but also you cannot go back and ask for more. Do NOT book with breakfast. Apart from this, room and staff are excellent. No swimming pool only tiny one for toddlers to play. No gym. No other services.
