Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe private pool was quite cold. Also I think the music in the restaurant could be better, it seems perhaps intended to appeal to Western travelers, but seemed not very natural.
The hotel is just beautiful and build around a wonderful tree we would sit next to when having breakfast in the morning. We had wonderful baked goods for breakfast and the staff were so kind and accommodating to us especially in respect of our young son. I also loved the smoothie my partner ordered and my coffee was also good. The afternoon tea was so lavish we barely had room for it and the evening treat came as a pleasant daily surprise. The room was beautiful and both the room and bathroom were so spacious and bright. These were the best accommodations of all the hotels I stayed at in Thailand. I was very comfortable here.

DenmarkThe bathroom feels larger than the rest of the room. This may be nice for some but we would have preferred a larger room with a table where you can do some work. However, some may prefer this and there is not much the hotel can do about it since the hotel is build in this style with larger bathrooms.
Beautiful hotel that is very well located. the staff were very helpful and kind. The food options and breakfast were great. Fresh fruit was provided in the room every day and the hotel staff has a lot of attention to details that makes the stay very comfortable and nice (for example, lots of fresh water provided every day, free minibar, afternoon tea).

Where do I start? From the moment of welcoming to the moment of leaving with sandwiches to take to the airport. This hotel is far more than 5 star service and facilities. Small gestures such as evening chocolate and sweet treats, welcome champagne and afternoon tea…. The a la carte breakfast is nothing short of incredible. The hotel design and gardens are just as spectacular as the photos. Can’t fault anything about the inside house.

Our stay included breakfast every day, which was from a full, delicious menu! You can also go to a free afternoon tea that was over the top! One day we were getting back right at 5 and they delivered our tea snacks to our room. We have the Bohdi pool suite and it was fabulous! The hotel is in the heart of town and we could walk to most things.

The hotel staff at The Inside House is fantastic—extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast spread is like eating at a fine dining restaurant, totally impressive and absolutely delicious. Additionally, they provide a delightful afternoon tea that is beautifully presented. Despite not being a sweet tooth fan, I found myself finishing everything! A standout service was when they packed sandwiches for all guests to take to the airport, ensuring we wouldn’t go hungry while waiting to board our flight. Highly recommended!

Really charming old school hotel which was very clean and really good friendly service from reception to restaurant to bellboy. The massage was so relaxing and reasonable, definitely worth booking in advance. Breakfast was really good and huge range of stuff to order from menu, local and western fare. Luxury bath products from L’Occitane and Hermes too!
