It is a little far out of town and the cot doesn't have a mattress, just a folded up duvet cover.

The villa is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous pool. It feels very private and great for a quiet getaway. The breakfast is delicious.

The only downfall was the location. Many taxi and Tuk Tuk did not want to go all the way out there, and each way was 500 Baht.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the little stalls they had for breakfast were so delicious. Food changed every day aside from the common breakfast items.

-Location is still not ideal since it is kind of in the middle of nowhere, everything is kind of out of reach. -Private pool is probably good for only kids or those people who want to post on social media, otherwise it isn't much use and quite dirty honestly. And it's too shallow and small at one bedroom place. public pool is also quite far to walk if you live in a room at the front section. -Room is huge but could be a bit cleaner. More lights outside would be nice, as it's a bit creepy during nighttime. -If you plan on parking in front of your room, watch out for coconut trees. -door of the villa is small and a bit low to walk pass through.

Breakfast was quite nice. We got a buffet only on Sunday morning and breakfast set on Saturday and Monday morning which were still nice. Staff were nice and polite. First time staying in a villa with private pool, and I would say that I would probably prefer a room nearby a real useable pool next time. but it was ok overall.

very well kept up despite Covid! our villa had a plunge pool and onsen tub, perfect for after a game of golf, it also had it’s own kitchen which we never needed to use but it was well equipped. The inclusive breakfast was very good if not too much and the staff went out of their way to make sure you had everything you wanted.

Every time I call, I feel that the receptionist tried to close a conversation ASAP with no extra request because your room is dealt. Other staffs are friendly. This is our first visit but we will be hesitated to return.

I wish the resort had been more upfront about dining. When I arrived, I was told to use the QR code to get the menu. When I tried to call room service I was told that they only serve breakfast, yet there were many items on the menu that did not come for breakfast and there were no times on the menu or anywhere to let me know when I could order what. Knowing guests have to look elsewhere for lunch and dinner, it would have been nice to get a directory or something.

I loved the privacy of the location. Having a private pool villa is great, but the wall and locked gate were exceptional.

Terrible lack of maintenance, the dirty bathroom, the swimming pool could also get more attention. The air-con didn't work properly for the firs night, the second night was simply gone. We could hear the noise of the fuse, switching off the air-con. Pity, because it could have been a dream staying there. However, we had the One Bedroom Villa, paying 7,525.39 THB for 2 nights. Absolutely overpriced! Worth maybe 1,500 THB per night. The structure of the villas became rotten and nobody seems to be interested to rescue, what still could be renovated. I can not recommend to book any of the One Bedroom Villas for this price expecting to get a nice, clean bungalow.

The only thanks and kudos go to the restaurant's staff. The two gentlemen and a lady serving the good breakfast were incredibly nice and attentive. Many thanks! The property has a potential to be a pearl! The gardens and green areas, the pond with lotuses, the big trees: absolutely beautiful. I can imagine it was in the past an lovely resort, but the poor, or no maintenance made the Villas a hulk! At least the small villas, like the one we booked.

Love everything in this villa, especially the bed, it’s really comfortable. Also, need to praise the staff, very welcoming and very helpful, really appreciated. The breakfast is also stunning, basically you can taste the most traditional Thai food in your breakfast and it taste so good.
