need to work on the gym ... its almost there is none food service response was really slow ,, althoughit was a low season and the hotel was 90 % empty.. otherwise every thing was amazing

The beds were too soft for our liking.

The staff was stellar. Proactive, friendly, accommodating and all around excellent service. Everyone made us feel as though we were the only guests. Having the WhatsApp access to the team was a game changer. All hotels should do this! Nicky and Tan were so helpful with arranging tours and ensuring that or stay was comfortable. They made us feel like family. The mango pork chops were a hit and we are trying to replicate the recipe at home!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Everything is beautiful, the rooms, the pools, the laguna, the beach, the restaurants and the service from the most welcoming staff is impeccable. I can highly recommend a Seaside Paradise pool suite, so beautiful and also booking a Private party on the beach, it's an experience for a lifetime. It’s faraway location but good place for relaxation and spend good time with a family. Staff of hotel very professional and polite ( out of standing) trying their best to give you an excellent service The restaurants are very good have Michelin stars

There were a few times where the staff was late, missed our order, scheduled wrong times for services. Felt like they were not as focused or attentive as expected from a place in this high standard.

Everything was stunning! Breakfast was so fresh and had great variety. The rooms were spacious and every last detail was provided for, even the flip flops for the pool and beach. Lovely pool and an expanse of sandy beach almost to yourself. Perfect hotel to chill and relax and just soak up the beauty of your surroundings. All the staff had a big smile making us feel welcome at all times.

These are minor quibbles: overall our stay was outstanding. All beaches have plastic pollution and despite hotel cleaning beach daily there is still plastic :( More live entertainment would have been appreciated - who doesn't like a dance on a holiday?

Lovely suite with sea view; very spacious. Comfortable ++. This hotel has "charm" and "class" - things which cannot be bought! We particularly like the fact that there were not too many guests for the space. Resort manager sees all guests for personal welcome. Warm water in pool shower was a great surprise and welcome! It's usually freezing...
