Aircon in the room was old and smelt damp, there was also lots of small bugs I think because the furniture ia wooden. The hot tube was difficult to fill, it was only possible with the hand hose as the main tap left dirty water inside.

Great hotel and the pool on the beach was incredible for watching the sunset. The bar and restaurant in site were very good and reasonably priced. The room was massive, with lots of space and a big bed. We had the hot tube on the balcony which was lovely on an evening. Swimming pools were all nice and quiet most of the time. Location for us was good, but a scooter is probably recommended. The 7 Eleven was about 5 minutes walk.

Food in resort was only okay.

The resort was nearby Koh Samui Airport and the room was big. The receptionist at the counter was friendly and every time we walked past the reception, they will greet us every time. The places that we parked our rental car is just further next door at the campsite parking. The place is clean. The room that we booked has direct access to swimming pool thus there is a wooden hanger for us to dry our swimwear after washing. The fridge that we had in our room was super nice (cold enough). The restaurant & bar is an open place where you can see the sea and feel the wind, just remember to put on mosquito repellent before going there for breakfast.

Quite far from fishermen village and ferry port Not much else around the hotel except for big Buddha Food isn’t great either

- I have pre-arrange a taxi with the hotel which unfortunately arrived over 15 minutes!! too late...we had to rush to get the ferry, not a good experience how this was arranged by the hotel staff.. - No 24 hours service

The jacuzzi didn’t really work although that could have been user error on my part

The pool was fantastic and the room was lovely and really nicely done. The staff are so lovely: one of the days we missed breakfast as we thought it ended later and the staff were kind enough to give us a little fruit and pastry platter.

Huge rooms with a balcony hotub style bath and massive bathroom area. Reasonable sized pools spread around what is really quite a small complex. Quick walk into main area where there's a few bars or catch one of the passing taxi/buses for around 200 baht to get to Fisherman's Village. Restaurant food is OK. Taxi place opposite was quite handy for booking an early taxi to the airport although 300baht for a ten minute ride is quite pricey! Couple of laundrette type places around corner which were useful for getting clothes clean at a reasonable price, offer express and over night type rates.

We booked a transfer from the airport but id didn't work out. However the staff was very nice and found a solution right away.

The pools are very nice, the rooms are very spaceous and nicely decorated with a balcony and jacuzzi. They made a birthday surprise to one of my friends, it was lovely.

Bathroom was small and had low lighting but wasn't too bad overall.

Really liked this resort, it was cheap so wasn't expecting much but it really surprised me. The little beach, the pools were all fab. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and a good size, food is expensive at the resort but just around the corner there is a restaurant that looks a little crubby but is actually great. You do do need to get taxis to get to most places - but it is close to the big budda which has a nice little town with a few nice places to eat.

Sea by the beach is muddy, this is the bay so don't expect turquoise sea at the front of this hotel. Swimming pool is rather an option. Breakfast menu could be more exciting.

V Good service, comfty rooms, cleaned every day. Nice restaurant and swimming pools. Massage, shops, marina nearby.

There is room for improvement in the food. It’s more expensive than going out of the hotel, and the quality is not the best, specially for the western menu. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, and the dough was old/crumbling, the sauce was almost ketchup, and the pepperoni seemed more like ham.

The location and all the facilities were great.

We stayed 7 days so breakfast became quite boring towards the end as there was too few Thai options and more western food which wasn't always cooked right. The egg station lady was great however and does a perfect omelette. Staff should be more proactive when refilling but happy to do so when asked.

The 3 swimming pools always clean and scattered around the property so none crowded. The view of sunset from the restaurant pool stunning. The hotel within walking distance to several amazing temple areas. Staff always very helpful.
