Nothing, it's just perfect!

Everything! The rooms are new and clean, they look after the place. Luckily there are so many rules to deter crazy drunk uk people. I felt so glad to find this place that stays away from cheap drunk backpackers... not all of us want party. Plenty of cameras around so you feel really safe! Also lockers are provided. The lady in the reception is nice and explained everything well ! They also sell ferry tickets with good price and service. The best is having free coffee and biscuits while watching the sunset! The beautiful cats around made me love this place! Thanks a lot your service!!!

Super quiet and clean property away from the main party area. The beds were clean and comfortable and the privacy curtains were great too! Not too social at all, but it was nice to stay here and enjoy a good nights sleep away from the parties and bars. Amazing place to watch the sunset and within close walking distance to the main party beach and food. Staff were so nice, especially the owner! Lots of cats around too! Will definitely stay here again.

Super location - just a 10 minute walk from the pier, but far enough away from the main noise - with a courtyard garden with seating overlooking the water. Literally jump down onto the beach. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable with black out privacy curtains around bunk, and use of a padlocked locker. Each room has its own bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Even a drying rack on the balcony for when you come back from the beach. Reception can help with any tour bookings and recommendations, and you can check out and leave your bags if you have a tour booked on your final day. There is access to tea, coffee, free water refills, cookies and biscuits and toast all day. But the best part is the well loved cats sleeping everywhere in the garden and in reception. Nothing makes a place feel like a home like a cat does.

Best place to stay at Phi Phi. The most amazing part of this hostel is its seating arrangement nearby the sea. Staffs are really humble and cooperative. I am gonna stay there again if I travel phi phi soon.

In general it’s clean. I was staying in 4 beds dorm. I got lower bed (which made me happy) , while other beds occupied already . Unfortunately, some part of bed and blanket were covered by sands . Seemed like someone was sitting on that bed before I came . I didn’t complain about it to staff and I should’ve told them about it . It just nice to close the curtain if the bed is clean or ready to be given to someone. So no one sit/relax on clean bed . And I was staying with 3 girls who brought in all their sandals and shoes , which makes the floor so sandy everywhere.

The AC is off from 11am to 5pm, the staff informs you at check in, but I think this is common on Phi Phi island. Also make sure to bring cash for deposit

Due to its location, off-switch for the shower fan is turned off mistakenly with the lights by other guests, compromising the ability of the shower to dry quickly.

they have attention to small details. it must be a part of a chain I guess. for example: each bed has sufficient access to electricity and privacy. facilities are not too worn. water in shower is hot enough. sufficient supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner. A/C works well. reception is welcoming and useful. on the bonus side, free supply of coffee and carbohydrates. great sunset view.
