We stayed in Room 3 which is the bottom floor of the :Lighthouse building. Stunning room, super clean and the linen was beautiful. Amazing views over the pool and sea. All of the tesm were fabulous and the ladies at reception were so helpful. Location is perfect.

We stayed in the sea view bungalow, lovely views, pool was small but a good size for the number of guests, might be different in high season though! Staff were really friendly we rented a scooter from the hotel and that was done with ease and no issues. We didn’t actually try the restaurant so cant comment on that. Really good location away from the noise but not too far to get to bars and restaurants on an evening.

The ok room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were all lovely. The most incredible Bluetooth speaker I’ve ever heard.

Location is within walking distance to everything and the pool area is beautiful especially to watch the sunset from. The staff is amazing so friendly and even helped us carry our suitcases up to our room, we loved it here!

I was so welcomed & luckily for me the room was ready early. The honeymoon suite was extremely comfortable, the view was spectacular. The breakfast buffet in The Heritage was tasty with a wide selection available. All the staff were very friendly, helpful & kind, a big thank you to all.

The first day had noise from construction of another bungalow but after speaking to reception it was swiftly sorted and the worked stopped for tue rest of our stay. Can’t say fairer than that.

The lady on reception was amazing. The lighthouse pool villa was amazing. Staff In both restaurants fantastic. This is little gem and o wish I could book extra nights to stay longer but it’s already booked. AMAZING!!!!

Coming in to the property I thought where am I going and when arrived at the hidden Gem of Koh Tao. It was beautiful and the views to die for. The room was gorgeous with lots of space and touches which were thoughtful. The restaurant was great and so was the entertainment. Pat cannot do enough for you. Everyone so helpful and friendly. Don’t miss the amazing sunset.

We had issues with our private pool which had green water, fixed by switching pump on but whole Stay pump would stop running intermittently. Had to keep asking for it to be switched on. Building site right nextdoor, had email 7 days before arrival, already taken monies so unable to do anything! This room cost nearly £1000 and frankly expected better. Breakfast very average. Given 1000 bahts £22.00 towards meal compensation !

Beautiful room with lovely views across the bay. Evening Restaurant over looking bay excellent with great sunsets, food and service brilliant. Location great. Free taxi to pier.

The friendliest of staff during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for them. Beautiful place with a pool that looked over the beach, amazing food at both restaurants with cocktails at sunset, an uninterrupted view from the bar was something else! We hired a moped from them too which was hassle free.

DD Hut is away from the bustle of Sairee Beach. Peaceful with beautiful views over the bay.

Little bit rough around the edges. Could do with freshening up. There were also quite a lot of ants in the property (especially after it rained).

All was good, our hut was a little old school, but that gave it Charm. They also have newer huts available.

The Seaview room was excellent, pool area looking on to the sea and mountains. The staff where so nice and helpful. We wish we had stayed longer here. Very clean, great location, short walk to the main strip. Very quite and peaceful at the same time.

Bathroom was a bit smelly, and mosquitos somehow kept finding their way in 🤷🏻‍♂️

Super friendly and helpful lady on reception, arranged our transfers and sorted our laundry. The room itself was beautiful, nice size and the most amazing view. Was a little bit dated in places, but you will spend all your time looking out of the window. There's a nice little swimming pool, and also a path to access the sea, but it's a bit rocky. Sad to see that the sea view restaurant was no longer open, but there's another restaurant at the entrance. We also hired motorbike from the guy attached to the hotel, who was really genuine and helpful. Had to leave 4000thb deposit, but had no issues with the bike, and he diddn't try to find fault with it like some places. Location is great, walkable from the pier, but they gave us a free lift back to the pier. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Pat and all the staff are absolutely wonderful - brilliant location, lovely restaurant and pool but most of all, beautiful accommodation. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was fab. Would definitely stay again, thanks guys!
