The beach, very busy, full of resorts so forget about peaceful and quiet stay. You can’t swim as water is too shallow. Parties every night and you hear everything in the room. Airplanes above your head from early morning till evening.

Very friendly staff, well equipped rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, location excellent if you want to be close to the entertainment ( bars, restaurants, parties, shops)

Mosquitos were everywhere and could get into the room easily. Sunbeds were very uncomfortable. WiFi wasn’t great

The style of the hotel was really nice with the decor and fish, great location, beach was fab and lots of sunbeds. Restaurant was good.

There is no elevator so one need to walk long corridors and climb stairs. Beach beds at the pool are placed so close to each other that is hard to move around them. Sea at the beach is quite shallow there so cannot really have a good swim. But that is the case with most beachfront hotels.

Nicely designed hotel in Thai style. Excellent service, especially from Front Desk girls Junji and Abi. They were always smiling and ready to assist. Hotel is centrally located and close to many restaurants and beach clubs. Pool is nicely designed and right at the beachfront. Very nice white sand beach just in front. Rooms are kept clean. All in all, it was nice stay at this Instagramic place.

1. There should be a small table and a couple of chairs in the room for in room dining. There is no place for in room dining in the room. The sofa could be removed to accommodate the table and chairs. 2. The small table below the tv is too small. A slightly bigger table would allow people to work on a laptop. 3. The AC does not cool enough. These changes in the room would make the stay even more comfortable

The rooms, pool, location on beachfront, breakfast were great !!! The staff was very welcoming and warm and extremely forthcoming. They were willing to help with any and all issues. Bobby was great by the pool, he gave us all the information about the pool, beach restaurant and was always around the restaurant area. Jun Ji and Nadia were very warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped in to the reception. They helped resolve all the little issues. I would like to give a special mention for Nadia who was very interactive with my family and made every possible effort to make us feel at home, she even tried to learn our language. She has become the favorite of our entire family.

Noise from the nightclub down the road kept us awake all night so we didn’t sleep well due to thudding bass which went on til 6am!! They did offer us another room but due to trips out it wasn’t logistically possible. Could be worth checking the sound proofing of the single glazed doors. Bar prices are a little expensive compared to local bars. I would also recommend adding BBC News to the tv package rather than the right leaning GB news.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a good choice. Chef made great eggs! Rooms were cleaned and bedding/towels changed daily. Pool / beach area lovely with towels provided.

NOT the hotels fault but...the hotel next door is being renovated, started drilling, banging, crashing etc at 7am and finished around 7pm, 6 days a week! Hotel is also directly under the flight path, 1st flight 7am, then hourly. Didn't bother my family but I'm very sensitive to sound!!

Great location, 10 mins from airport, nice traditional, small boutique style hotel, nice pool, nice beach, breakfast was good. Rooms good, staff very helpful, hotel arranged our trips, good reasonable prices. Literally on the main strip so easy for restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment etc.

Convenient location in Chaweng. Poolside walks down to the beach with plenty of deck chairs to chill. Breakfast options were great. Staff there are excellent, helpful and super friendly!

Wifi wasn’t great, loud music playing all night until 6am (from a different hotel/bar) and had to wear ear plugs, not enough chairs at pool.

Renovation work around the pool area. We weren't aware until after we had booked. Not noted on your web site. However resort did provide free transfers to another beach. Sun loungers weren't very comfortable. Beach area a bit disappointing. In the evenings when the beach area was set up for dinner there was no where to just sit by the water only the small bar area.

Room was a good size. Traditional Thai property. All the staff where amazing friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with some different options everyday

Unfortunately the swimming pool was having maintenance so you couldn’t sit around the pool. A lot of drilling noise even from the beach loungers :-( Also drinks at the pool area were expensive, a short walk down the beach and you can get drinks at a fraction of the price x

Beautiful room and the staff were all so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Even sang happy birthday to my daughter at breakfast and gave her a cake.

Rooms and furniture are very dated. Living room furniture in the suite were not comfy and very old. The shower in the suite is not great and the shower in standard rooms are sure to get more area wet. The standard rooms have a weird door in the washrooms, which directly open to the corridor and it feels flimsy even when locked. Mattress is relatively comfy only after requesting a mattress topper, otherwise barely passable. The toileteries provided (Shower gel and shampoo) are very cheap quality and also no body lotion or conditioner. Rooms Need serious refurbishment. And finally, the numbering system used for the rooms - extremely confusing to locate and navigate between rooms.

Excellent staff - Always smiling, friendly and ready to help despite the language challenges. Great location right off the busy Chaweng beach area. Slightly away from the bustle but a short 5 minutes walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Property is beachfront. Rooms were clean, and air conditioning worked really well. Very spacious deluxe suite. Ideal for group of friends looking to party in the nearby Chaweng beach area.

Breakfast was awesome with a large variety of food both hot and cold. Pool was beautiful although beach was nice water in lagoon very hot and on low tide not appealing.

Even though it was a no smoking room, the people next door would sit outside their room and smoke which would seem to travel into our room through the air conditioning system.

The staff were amazing and very helpful and always happy to help with a smile.

Hard to find any faults with this hotel, but a minor thing that kept annoying us was the doors to the room were awkward to get in and out. They were authentic split doors in keeping with the design of the hotel but a faff to get in and out unless you unbolted both sides which we didnt want to do when trying to keep out the mosquitos.

Good location, all staff were exceptionally helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the manager Tee ran a tight ship and was excellent at predicting the weather.

Great location surrounded by restaurants, bars, and nightlife, without being noisy when you’re ready to rest from all the fun. The hotel is in the flight line, so you do hear the occasional jets, but not too early or too late. The beach in front of the hotel is gorgeous and calm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
