We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeStrong wind in September made noise in room. It is uncomfortable to sit on the sofa because the material of the chair does not allow air to pass through. Construction on premises made noise. Not all rooms have good internet, also some room has noisy aircon, some room has not strong aircon.
See view, 3 min walk to the Kata beach. Excellent Internet connection in B9 room.

AustraliaAmazing views and great location, close to the beach and everything you need. If you fancy a trip to the old town it's about 30 minute taxi. The staff were super helpful, always smiling and accommodating. Our room was exceptionally clean and they very kindly let us leave our bags and have a shower on the day we left as we had an evening flight. Just a note we stayed in the top floor room and it's quite steep and a lot of stairs to get up there but the views are well worth it if you don't have much luggage or mind stairs.

IrelandTiny ants appears if you leave food on the table overnight - keep it in the fridge instead. And the driveway is very steep - it really is the most challenging climb, but it's absolutely worth it!!!
The view, the spaciousness of the room. We also got free upgrade of our room just because we had a child with us, but I had booked a double room only. We got a room with extra bed and the best view!!! Also the room cleaning was very quick - as soon as we just left for breakfast, the room got instantly cleaned. Amazing! Also - our safe wasn't working and it got checked and replaced to a brand new one within few hours by the owner himself. That tells a lot, how much they care about their customers. :)

The room was clean and big. They would clean our room on daily basis and give us water bottles everyday. The location of the hotel is reasy to find and they have a restaurant downstairs, which we tried and had really good food. The staff was super nice and easy going and they were super helpful.

AustraliaThe only issue is the stairs to go the room. Good to request a room at ground level if you do not like stairs. Although someone did take my luggage to the rooms which was great.
The rooms were amazing, modern and absolutely clean. It was also huge and only a few minutes walk to the beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The restaurant at the bottom of the driveway was reasonable and the food was good. It is very good value for money. The lady at reception was so amazing and friendly and organised the taxi to go back to the airport.

I loved staying at Da Bungalows. The room was big, bright and super comfy. Everything was great, especially Mr Da and his family, who run the business. I stayed one week and I felt home from day 1. On the day of my departure my flght was cancelled and so I had to stay one extra night in Phuket. I booked another room at Da Bungalows straight away. The place is also perfectly located in Kata Beach and only a short walk from the sea, restaurants and convenience store. It had everything and it's excellent value for money I would definitely recommend it to my friends and I would go back.
