Original suite was in very bad condition, but did move without hesitation when asked to a better suite .

No Omletes no Capuccino for breakfast unless i just missed it. Breakfast was good what they have prepared for sure.

This place is cool. I have no real negative comments. Older Building but they keep it up well. Staff is responsive and the hotel does good business, location is good.

The decor was looking a little old. I had no bedside lights in my room which made it difficult to read at night with the only 2 down lights on the other side of room

D Varee is an old resort and is showing signs of it's age. Buffet breakfast was only average at best. The lifts struggled to manage the load especially at morning checkout times.

Great view from the balcony which we took advantage of on many occasions, morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the balcony overlooking the ocean and coastline. Choice of 2 pools both very good and the gym was well equipped and we used this every day. Rooftop bar and restaurant was a highlight.

Did not like the tub,It is very hard on a 80yr old man to climb in and out. A walk in shower is much better.TV's was too small .Please put in larger set.

the sockets were very old and therefore the chargers did not hold tightly even with the adapter. this was the only inconvenience but if you do not take this detail into account everything else was great

Even it’s quite old property but it was very cozy and lovely, breakfast is good, location is nice, the biggest advantage of the hotel is staff, especially housekeeping and taxi driver was ready to help always. Definitely would like to come back again for the next trip

Room size is great for family but in need of renovation, breakfast is average nice ocean view from the pool and the rooms.

The elevator was very slow. Four bus loads of tourists arrived and were all waiting for the elevator. We took the stairs to the 10th floor. The stairwell is not air conditioned. The room was not clean. There were hair elastics on the floor as well as black hair. We have fair hair so it was not ours. The buffet was ok. We didn't eat in the restaurant as the prices were very expensive. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The rooms definitely need to be refurbished.

The lobby and the view were the best part of this hotel. Great location right in the middle of the action but far enough away from the action you don't want to see with family. We were given two bottles of water a day, shampoo and body wash but no conditioner.

As noted by other reviewers lots of times, the rooms need renovation, or the true pictures be put on the site , as the pictures on booking . Com are absolutely nothing like what you actually get for a one bedroom family suite .. literally nothing at all , we were expecting a beautiful massive suite , It was quite a shock!

The location was fantastic, on the bus route , opposite the beach , and down the quieter end . The staff were really friendly , the food was lovely in the restaurant and pool bar

The cleaners don't clean properly; I still see dirt on the toilets and baths even after they’ve supposedly cleaned. The room doesn't match the photos at all, and the renovation was done poorly. The cupboard is so small that it can't accommodate clothes for two people, forcing us to keep some items in our bags.

This is excellent value for the money, even if the photos don't match reality. The ocean view makes up for it. The staff were very cooperative and helpful despite the language barrier. The area is perfect for a peaceful vacation, and the swimming pool is excellent. I can't complain about the breakfasts either.

Clean room everyday free buffet breakfast 2 minutes to beach..using bolt taxi only &5 to get into central plaza Pattaya..close to night market
