The cleaners don't clean properly; I still see dirt on the toilets and baths even after they’ve supposedly cleaned. The room doesn't match the photos at all, and the renovation was done poorly. The cupboard is so small that it can't accommodate clothes for two people, forcing us to keep some items in our bags.

This is excellent value for the money, even if the photos don't match reality. The ocean view makes up for it. The staff were very cooperative and helpful despite the language barrier. The area is perfect for a peaceful vacation, and the swimming pool is excellent. I can't complain about the breakfasts either.

As to be expected a huge tower requires mass management, from Check-In to breakfast. Thus there was nothing 'cozy' or personal that made me feel welcome or even 'at home'. Rooms wear and tear. During 'rush hours' (f.e. breakfast time) the elevators provided not enough capacity. Breakfast was underwhelming and overall the 4 star rating lacks a basis.

Main reason to book this hotel is the view from the balconies over skyline and coast of Pattaya and Jomtien. The rooms are functional (positively circumscribed). The well equipped gym is a plus. Jomtien beach is right in front of the door.

The included breakfast was one major disappointment. Seemed to cater almost exclusively for visitors from SE Asia or the subcontinent and the only cooked western options were watery scrambled eggs, fried eggs and small sausages that seemed to have been boiled rathern than fried. Inexplicably, no bacon on offer on any of the days. I wish I'd saved the cost by not including this and in fact on three of my seven mornings there I chose instead to make use of some of the better and cheaper local cafes, in particular Cheap Charlie's Jomtien (Jomtien Soi 5) which does an amazing range of delicious breakfasts, including bacon.

Got an early check in which was helpful as I'd transferred from Pattaya. The room was spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping at a high standard (although I had to prompt a couple of times for it to be done earlier in the day). Some of the common areas were a bit worn but the main ones, including the two pools and the rooftop bar/reastaurant, were beautiful. The food (and cocktails) at the attached pub and the rooftop restaurant were excellent and very good value for money.

Everything was as I thought. First, they offered us a room with two separate beds, but then they changed the room when we requested.

There was a mix up with our 2 room bookings where both were cancelled when only one night should have been cancelled. This is worrying after paying for both rooms and taking a long trip with a child on 2 international flights, however as stated before after proving we had paid for the room staff (a man named Santo I think) gave us a free upgrade to compensate for the issue and because the hotel was busy with no similar rooms left. The rooms are also starting to get a little outdated and could use a refurb with new beds. This isn't a big issue though as we didn't spend much time in the room anyway - who would want to stay in the room when you have amazing places to visit!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially a man named Santo who arranged for a free upgrade after an issue with the online booking through Booking.com which meant our 2 rooms had been cancelled completely when only one night should have been cancelled. The rooms are spacious with amazing views. The hotel is located across the road from the beach with a selection of shops and bars/restaurants nearby. More shops and the main city of Pattaya can be easily accessed by a short taxi ride. The breakfast selection was huge with both Asian and western options. There were two pools to choose from plus a restaurant, bar and cafe on the ground floor including another restaurant and bar on the roof which is amazing at sunset and night for an evening with family and friends. The view is spectacular!
