Had to go to reception for pool towels. None downstairs at the bar. Housekeeping ran out of towels and water some day's and forgot to deliver.

The room was amazing! 5 star! View's spectacular even from the beautiful marble bathroom. Huge balcony. Great food included in our package. Awesome buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful with good English.

The private beach is not good for swimming - even at tide hours you should walk in muddy water about 500 meters to reach the depth of 1.5 meter. So, all the visitors come to the pool.

The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful. Water was dripping from the roof in our room. The building needs some serious maintenance. The grout lines aren't filled, and mosquito larvae are spreading when I take a shower.

The beach and the view from the rooms are amazing. The restaurant makes good food, but there are only a few options.

The have a problem with birds especially crows which make a lot of noice an also bird droppings This is the only issue

They don’t have much choice for lunch/dinner menu. I had to order through Grab at times for dinner.

If you want to stay away from all noise/city life, then this place is for you. Big room + excellent breakfast. Two pools for swimming. Used their spa services which is a little expensive but that’s okay. Over all great experience. Seven - Eleven is at a minute walking distance.

Cleanliness of the place wasn’t that good also their amenities are old they need to update and the food at breakfast needs to improve also the beach was useless couldn’t swim in it the whole stay at the hotel because of a jellyfish issue.

I didn’t like the fact that this property was far from the centre of Phuket. You have to spend a lot of money for taxi. Another thing I didn’t like is the fact that you can’t really swim in the ocean due to lots of jelly fish but that isn’t the hotels fault it’s just natural.

I loved the hotel. It was beautiful and relaxing. We were welcomed with some herbal iced tea and we got our bags take. To the room. The view is stunning as well as the pool and the restaurant food. The staff are very helpful and kind. Overall a nice relaxing hotel with amazing views and a good pool.

It was a great value for money! Beautiful lobby, there are 2 swimming pools + splash pool, good dining and spa deals are available. Spa was also very nice! Rooms are spacious

Breakfast could be better, I didnt like the thing that for a espresso or cappucino you have to look for staff than order it and wait etc... Just put the coffe machine next to buffet as all other 4-5 stars hotels do please :) Also I think should somehow separate chinese groups from the other guests cause it gets quite loud :( I really didnt like about the room cleaning, we left at 10.30AM and I my thai wife asked the maid next to our room to please refresh our room, maid asked when we will come back we told her in 1 hour. We came back after 2 hours the room was still not cleaned. Called reception told us to wait a moment, after 30 minutes called again and someone come to clean it... This should improve.

Amazing sea view, many swimming pools, not many Guests so it was really quiet, we loved it. Cheaper than resorts arround. Yes you cannot expect to swim on this beach beace its really shallow, but you got amazing views and beach front pools, even better :) Most of the staff were nice, specially the guy at the coctail bar next to main pool was super nice.

The position is isolated, ideal if you are a couple and want to break away, not really otherwise. In any case it is possible to book outdoor excursions. The beach is private, great ambiance, the sea is not crystal, however, and low tide does the rest.

its nice but its more of a tidal cove then a beach. I got double charged a couple of times things we paid cash for also billed to the room. The location is the worst your far from everything and have to take a taxi its not convenient.

More attention to the beach area that adjoins the hotel. Thailand doesn't fair well, when it comes to plastic, and this beach sees new plastic being washed up everyday on incoming tide. We saw some daily litter picking on the beach and on one day, about 15 staff out clearing the beach. In my view this needs to become a priority for this hotel.

Well, if you are looking for 5 Star luxury and everything new and pristine, then this hotel might not be for you. If however you are looking for great value, excellent staff, nice rooms and good food with plenty of variety, then look no further. Yes, the place is a bit tired, but they are working to improve this. We loved it and would return.

Unfortunately the beach is extremely filthy and since it’s a cape, it’s infested with jellyfish. I was very disappointed when I saw how filthy the beach was.

I liked that there are two pools which provides an option for those who want a bit more privacy. I also loved the fact the pools directly overlooks the sea.
