We stay at House #5 of Crocus Garden. It was excellent. Great design, new interior and furniture, good quality music player, sundown seaview from balcony. Quiet location in the center of Haad Yao.

It was the best place on our trip. I can understand that for some hike can be difficult. For us it was a nice addition to move a bit in the morning and evening. The host offered help to get the luggage up, which we didn’t need, but still very helpful.

The way up is inhumane. It is so steep it is not normal. We are two fit young woman and the way up bit also down was too much for us. It kept is from going hone in between activities. On of us fell, it was so slippery because it had rained. Now she had to go to the hospital to get a shot of tetanus. Like i said the house itself is great once your in. But the way up to the house ain’t normal!

The property itself is really nice! Comparing to other stays the beds are really soft and I really like that. Airco is not placed on your head while sleeping that’s also very good! Al was fine!

Only downside is the very steep incline to get to, not suitable for people who are not physically fit or don’t want to do an intense work out each time you return.

Houses are located one very steep ground. It’s really exhausting to get there (we were staying in the highest bungalow) but it’s recompensed in the price and amazing sea view. Highly recommend

Really comfortable house. A lot of space. Huge balcony, huge bedroom, hall and also well equipped kitchen. There is even blender for smoothies. All clean look like new

Weird smell in bathroom, but overall the apartment was clean.

Location is great, Haad Yao is a nice place on the island close to many beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. The view from the balcony was unmatched so the steep climb up is totally worth it. We stayed an extra night because we loved the island and this accommodation. Friendly owner.

Cleaning could be more often than every 7 days! And a TV with streaming Services would be great too! Nothing else to complain about!

Very nice and cozy accommodation! We spent over 3 weeks here and had a wonderful time! Very fast WiFi and very good air conditioning and also good kitchen gear. And Evengii the manager is very nice and helped us with everything. Even though, it also mentioned in the descriptions. It’s not for everyone. There’s no other way to get to the houses but walking. And it goes up very steeply and I mean really steep. And we stayed in the first house row. To get to the higher houses you have to walk up quite a bit, so bare in mind! But if you do you will have one the best views of the sea that you can get in Koh Pahngan! We definitely will come back!

Nothing I didn’t like. As stated by the property, the houses are located on a steep hill. So maybe not be well suited for people who have physical limitations

We came for 3 nights, ended up staying 2 weeks in total because it’s a very comfortable, clean and calm place to stay. We stayed in different roomtypes depending on availability. Every room is a separate newly renovated house. All the furniture is new; comfortable mattress, handy cloth racks inside and on the balcony, a standing mirror (which is rare to find in other hotels in Thailand). One of the houses still has an old bathroom, which didn’t bother us since it was clean. Very strong internet connection in every house, since they all have their own router. The kitchen is simple, but exactly what we needed (very clean and everything new). They even provide a salt/black pepper grinder and cooking oil. Last but not least, the owner is a very helpful, friendly and hardworking person.

I lived in a one-room house 3 at a very attractive price. The room is bright and clean, the kitchen is equipped with a modern stove and refrigerator. On the balcony there is a rattan sofa with a table. The view from the balcony is crazy! Special thanks to the owner Evgenii, who helped me during check-in and gave usefulll tips how to spend time on the island.

We lived in an excellent two-room house with my wife and daughter. The house is newly renovated with beautiful design and furniture. The location is generally super, the beach is across the road, there are good restaurants nearby. At the same time, you can’t hear the road noise and there are no crowds of people. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back here.

When we checked in, they changed our room without our consent. The room was poorly cleaned, which really spoiled the impression. A layer of dust on the refrigerator, crumbs in the corners of the floor, air conditioning completely clogged with dust. It feels like there was just a construction site in the room and there is a smell of dust. There are only 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days for 2 people, there are no garbage bags, and it is not clear where to take this garbage when the bag is full. Water in the shower flows under the door and into the passage, you need to constantly use a mop to wipe and not spread the water. There are no contacts in the room to whom you can contact if necessary.but the owner (or manager) is reachable by booking message

The location is great and the view is awesome. Stylish design. Comfortable bed for good sleep and quiet at night. Great outdoor balcony . Nice sound system you can listen to music , play some games. Big nice mirror and furnished kitchen . Big room in general and the location among some of the best places to eat .

You have to walk up a long hill so if you have a ton of bags it’s not the place for you. The property is also about 40 minutes from the full moon party.
