The air-conditioning in the room was quite strong, there was a small gap behind the basin that was obviously very difficult to clean, some instructions on how the room lights worked could have saved us a few minutes on the first day. Once we worked out the lights they were very good.

Cleanliness, elegant, hospitality, attentiveness and central location in old town. We got connection rooms, comfortable beddings, nice airy bathroom, good air conditioning and panorama view of old town. The buffet breakfast was good and staff there were eager to serve and help. Actually we were impressed with staff of all level here, especially thank a lot to concierge and security staff that help us with my 91 years old mom who was on wheelchair to get in and out off our car and took her to the room. I am satisfied to stay here and will choose to stay here again in the future.

The best location in Phuket old town, easily short walk to many old town attractions, markets and shops. Hotel is elegant, clean, good size room that so comfortable and cozy. Staff of all levels are so welcoming that full of Thai hospitality. Buffet breakfast in the morning was plentiful and many choices to choose. Breakfast room is airy, nice set up that made the quest feel relax and enjoyable. I recommend this hotel if anyone plan to stay in the center of Phuket town.

Breakfast could have more variety as the menu was the same for the duration we were there.

The bed is really comfy with great Customer Service from the hotel (Reception to Housekeeping to Restaurant to Pool), Location is central that allows walking distance to weekend market, etc.

Every staff were nice, no complaint about that but I booked two rooms, and asked while booking if it could be possible next to each other. They said if it‘s possible then yes. When checking in, they gave me two rooms on the same floor but not next to each other, so I thought there weren‘t any rooms available next to each other. But later on that same day we checked in, I went out of my room and saw a couple with luggages, it seemed they were checking where there room was, and then they found out their room it was next to me - so there was an available room. It‘s a minor complaint, but I felt a bit ignored about that and not attentive. But overall every staff was very nice.

The carpet on the corridors was a bit smelly I presume due to humidity and no sunlight ever gets to them.I was on 9th floor.If they are gonna ask for bond they should maybe give a heads up.I do not have a credit card and had no cash so made me feel awkward at check in as I had already paid for my stay and was hoping for a smoother check in.The receptionist was very lovely though

The design and location of the.Lots of spots for photos and the way it is modern in style.The variety of restaurants both within the hotel and right outside of you so wish to explore.The food was very tasty and the stuff were all welcoming and very friendly.

The bed covers were werid, the bed cover didn't fit superking so had to be turned side ways which meant the duvet fell out the duvet cover

In our room there was no balcony and you couldn’t open the window (11th floor). During the night you could feel a “dryness” in the room, probably because there was no other option to dry our clothes (swimsuits etc) but to have them in the aircondition during the night (of course there was a hair dryer but it could take hours to dry our clothes one-by-one). But anyway our whole experience at the hotel was very pleasing and we are very thankful for that.

Perfect location in Phuket Town. Reception staff can speak English and the hotel is huge and beautiful. Numerous options at the breakfast for vegetarians too. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Definetely will come back if we visit Phuket town again.
