I didn't like that it was 4 different buildings. So if you need something from the reception you have to leave the actual building where you sleep. Also, The curtain closes all the way from top to bottom , there is no in between and everybody in the street can see you. Most receptionist were nice but some of them had attitude if you need something.

I loved the location, the colors.

Our sink tap wasn't very powerful and they should give you 2 keys as therrs 2 of you on check in and not have to ask and and pay a deposit

This is mine and my partners 3rd tike staying at Cosi Ao Nang and again we rate our stay. The most comfortable beds, efficient air con staff as lovely as ever, facilities great as always, just everything you need really.

Was a bit disappointed by the pool. Gave more of a hostel vibe than nice hotel. It wasn’t very clean and there’s not much space especially to lay outside by the pool. I also felt like the staff wasn’t overly friendly. Everyone was decent, but just not as helpful and kind as my usual experiences throughout Thailand. I wasn’t a big fan of all the buildings being separated as well. There’s four buildings that make up the hotel, so if you need to go to the front desk you may have to walk across the street to get to it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location is good, just a bit of a walk to the beach, but not terrible. Close to restaurants, 7/11, and more. Felt safe as a solo traveler.

Lovely pool but lacked enough seats for everyone there. Annoying to have to walk to separate buildings to get pool towels and another building for the pool across the road.

Away from the noise of Ao Nang but close walk to the buzz. Comfortable and clean room for good price.

Nice little gym. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice to have some breakfast available or to buy additional food. Useful to have the water on tap too :)

The price of the food in the counter, super expensive. Go to 7/11 for your croissant fix

The beds were comfy and amazing pillows. Rooftop pool is outstanding but busy during the day. Staff were super helpful when our transfer didn’t show up on time.

Location is super top - sea and the main street with all the bars, shops, night markets everything is exactly on this location) but be ready that you will hear the noise from the road)

There doesn't seem to be proper quality control on cleanliness of the rooms yet. The bathroom floor of the room we checked-in was dusty. Half of the towels were stained/spotted and appeared dirty, which leaves a bad first impression. But you can request for replacement at the lobby and they will take a picture of the old towels as proof.

I didn't expect the location of COSI to be that convenient. 7 Eleven was right across the street! It takes only about 10 minutes from the hotel to walk to Ao Nang beach. They have a 24/7 open cafe at the lobby. The staffs are quick to come to assistance, although during check-in/out time the hotel seems understaffed - you'll have to queue for 5-10 minutes to talk to the lobby and request what you need.

Washer was good, Dryer didnt dry my clothes so for the hassle pay extra for one of the many stalls to do it for you.

I ended up extending my stay here as enjoyed it. Very clean room and quiet too. Great, helpful staff. You can “rent” a beach towel which was great. Food and drink very reasonable priced.

You aren’t allowed to rock climb the walls of the pool, which had been a large part of why we’d chosen this hotel :(

Hotel located about 10 mins walk from the beach. Lots of bars, resataurants and massage places close by. Although the hotel reception was on the main road the room was in an adjacent block and rooms were quiet. Rooms were simple and modern but beds were comfy and shower good.

Room was cleaned daily however they did not clean the sink basin, would have liked this to have been cleaned. Hallway and lift is extremely hot, however not a massive issue but could be a positive for hotel to sort aircon out in these areas

Hotel is in a good spot, close to bars and beach. 24hr hour service is available. Hotel was clean and clean towels given daily.

Staff put us in a twin room when we booked a double, when we contacted the staff regarding this they tried to make out I had booked a twin which I hadn't I provided booking confirmation and they said they had no double rooms available!
