Great location, walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. Has a 24*7 well equipped and clean gym. Has a 24*7 comfy co-working space. Price wise it is great for a long stay too, facility wise it is pretty cool and the rooms are bigger than Cosi in Koh Samui.

The air conditioning in the room isn't great, wouldn't go any lower than 22 degrees so got very hot at night. We were on the same level as the gym which could be quite noisy but can't complain as we also used the gym!

Felt nice and clean, bed was very comfy and location was great! 5-10 minute walk and you were right on the beach front, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and 7 eleven right across the street. Free water and tea/coffee which was great 😃 would stay again if back in the area!

The breakfast situation is very poor. They give you a voucher that you are supposed to use to get breakfast in the morning. The voucher system is completely unnecessary as they already keep track of who ordered from each room - it seems to just be a system to deny people breakfast that they paid for. The staff are also on completely different wavelengths about this system. One staff member was visibly upset and argued with us because another staff member gave us a replacement voucher after we lost one. We didn't end up getting to eat breakfast on our last day because of this. The breakfast itself was a 5/10, so we didn't lose out on much. However, the frustration with the staff left a bitter taste.

The value for the hotel is outstanding. Great price for a nice room, self-service laundry, and pool. The room was a bit small, but to be expected at this price point.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Also when we rolled down the blind there was a squashed dead lizard on it!!!! Looked like it had been there a while 😭

Really comfy room perfect for backpackers looking for an affordable hotel break. Staff were so friendly. Able to do a big wash of all your clothes too so if you have been travelling for a while it’s great

Only suggestion is that the credits for the cafe cover full cost of items, if not choosing the Thai breakfast. Seems a little petty to make items such small amounts over the value of the credits.

Nice, modern, clean hotel. Very good facilities and well located in Krabi. Enjoyed our stay here.

I didn't like that it was 4 different buildings. So if you need something from the reception you have to leave the actual building where you sleep. Also, The curtain closes all the way from top to bottom , there is no in between and everybody in the street can see you. Most receptionist were nice but some of them had attitude if you need something.

Our sink tap wasn't very powerful and they should give you 2 keys as therrs 2 of you on check in and not have to ask and and pay a deposit

This is mine and my partners 3rd tike staying at Cosi Ao Nang and again we rate our stay. The most comfortable beds, efficient air con staff as lovely as ever, facilities great as always, just everything you need really.

Was a bit disappointed by the pool. Gave more of a hostel vibe than nice hotel. It wasn’t very clean and there’s not much space especially to lay outside by the pool. I also felt like the staff wasn’t overly friendly. Everyone was decent, but just not as helpful and kind as my usual experiences throughout Thailand. I wasn’t a big fan of all the buildings being separated as well. There’s four buildings that make up the hotel, so if you need to go to the front desk you may have to walk across the street to get to it.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location is good, just a bit of a walk to the beach, but not terrible. Close to restaurants, 7/11, and more. Felt safe as a solo traveler.

Lovely pool but lacked enough seats for everyone there. Annoying to have to walk to separate buildings to get pool towels and another building for the pool across the road.

Away from the noise of Ao Nang but close walk to the buzz. Comfortable and clean room for good price.

Nice little gym. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice to have some breakfast available or to buy additional food. Useful to have the water on tap too :)
