They do warn you about the climb but you are never really prepared.

Stay is right on the salad beach and close ride to mae haad beach, chaloklum, and Malibu beach. It's on a hill and there will be a lot of climb up from the restaurant and reception. There is a golf cart that helps you during the check in and check out. They arranged cab transfer at 200 THB per person from the pier. Mango Sticky rice at the restaurant is a must try. Rooms are decent with a hammock outside and are decen5 size.

Is a bit steep and sometimes might be hard for some people. The bed in my perception feel a bit hard.

I liked the asistace from the staff, although sometimes in reception no body is there and you have to wait a bit, overall the treat was kind, friendly and supportive. I liked the view, the confort of the zone and the quiet location.

Bed was a bit too uncomfortable. Place was very noisy from 6:30am aprox you could hear people going up and down (place is located on a hill) in their motorbikes.

Toilet was dark, and sometimes could smell sewage. The resort is distributed on a steep hill, so theres some walking up and down required to reach reception, breakfast, etc.

The view was great. The staff was so friendly and good. A good location in the island. You can walk to the beach. Watch sunsets. Has pool, coworking, and everything is good. Room is fresh, clean, aircon is powerful. You wake up, and see the sea. Breakfast was nice in a sea view area.

Restaurant menu limited and with not having much choice within walking distance they could really benefit their customers by expanding options. Toaster would be good !Staff a little noisy outside the room when going past and bike noises past the room sounded really loud. Toilet roll gets wet if you leave it in the holder when taking a shower do remember to move it. Laundry price differed from information sheet in room to paying bill.

Loved the room and the view was spectacular, great spot for snorkling lots to see. We stayed in room 8, seating outside on the balcony was better than expected as had a soft cushion area. Outside kitchen facilities were good , microwave, kettle, sink , fridge. We didn’t use the TV to comment but there was one.

We booked a Family Cottage and we checked into a small tired looking room. With a baby crib we couldn't move around the room. Fortunately the staff at reception was very accommodating and more than happy to move us to another room the next day. The new room was stunning and perfect for us. Service is really excellent there.

We had an amazing stay at Cookies Salad. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, always smiling. The breakfast is excellent. The beach is stunning and you can swim if you go down a little to the middle of the beach. Many other restaurants to try there (Coral Beach was great). The view it stunning. The balconies are very comfy and rooms well equiped. The food at the restaurant is delicious!

It was overpriced. It was hard to get there from and to the airport. Swimming pool was not as clean as it should be. Staff helpful but charge for almost everything. Prices in restaurant increased during the stay by 20% (5days of stay). Beach was not so clean. It looks coral reef is dies slowly. Sad what turism and lack of protection is doing with such paradise.

The door to our room wouldn’t lock | was really hard to lock as it appeared broken. The tap was also broken as the sink leaked water onto the floor. When we booked a Taxi through the hotel they told us It would be 200BAHT each and asked If I wanted to go one way or both, at my mistake I told them one way. When the Taxi arrived as he works at the property I asked if we could also book the other way. The hotel had told us prior that they will charge us at the end for the Taxis however when he came back to pick us up, he charged us 700 BAHT for one way and Insisted I had to pay then and there and then we also got charged by the hotel on departure. It was my fault that I originally only asked for one way however I feel a bit ripped off because why would It cost almost double to come back then It did to go there so altogether cost 1,100 BAHT 20 minutes there, 20 back.

The rooms were comfortable + clean and overlooked the beach. The Included breakfast was also really good. The property was good value for money and the perfect place to relax offering a stunning ocean front pool and day beds. I would stay again.

There were a lot of children, not really something that is the resorts fault, but did put us off using the pool quite a bit as it was full of children all day!

Cookies Salad was in the perfect location for us, it was so nice to be pretty much on the beach, and the view from the restaurant was lovely. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the room was such good value for money.

During our stay, we noticed many families with young children at the pool and restaurant, all of whom were pleasant, though it's worth noting for those considering a visit, as it appears to be a popular spot for families. The reception seemed a bit disorganised, and some of the restaurant staff came across as aloof. Additionally, the food was only decent.

I should first mention that we received a complimentary upgrade to one of the waterfront bungalows, which I'll be reviewing. It's by far the most luxurious and spacious place I've ever stayed in Thailand—I wish I could have made it my permanent home. I think the beach where the hotel is located is one of the best on the island. It hasn't changed a bit in 15 years—quiet, chill, but with lots of cool restaurants and bars around. The reception staff were friendly and provided helpful advice on ferry departure times and when to get the taxi.

The pool area was full of kids and they were also running around at dinner in the restaurant. The basic rooms need to be upgraded - even though it’s clean it actually feels dirty in a sense. The bath towels are paper thin . We read the beds were soft but it was hard. The curtains need a lining to stop the early morning sun from coming in .

The staff were excellent and very friendly. Everything was extremely organized and they all try their best and work hard. Lovely island feel to it - beautiful views over salad beach

Lots of kids at this particular property which made poolside chilling a bit less relaxing than desired. In terms of location it was in a very hilly area of KP so be prepared to taxi everywhere if you're not comfortable on a scooter.

The staff were excellent. The property itself was beautiful, overlooking the ocean and sunset. The food at the restaurant was overpriced but tasty. The rooms were amazing, really nice balcony and seating. The place had a coworking space that had AC which was really cool to see.

The breakfast starting at 8 am is a bit late, specially for early birds, or when you go on tour as you missing it. 7 am will have been better.

The location , the view and the pool are just perfect. It’s far from everything, so it’s peaceful ,but you still have a little convenience store on the beach, and few bar /restaurants . Our room was big , with a good air cond. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They will organized everything you need. The owner is so sweet and being so kind to help us to come back to the hotel when we were stuck in town. We loved our stay and will come back .
