Our room was very close to the main road so you hear every Tuk Tuk and car there is! It’s a bit of a walk to the beach/centre, takes about 15 minutes. The pool is a bit ropey.

The room was comfortable, big bathroom with bath and a shower.

Staff were incredible, so kind and sweet. We’ve been traveling almost a year and have stayed in a lot of places over our time and this was by far the nicest staff we have met.

Just 5 minutes from the beach. Lots of bars, restaurants, massage studios, laundry services nearby. Vey good breakfast even though the choice is somehow limited. The pool is very beautiful. The place is worth to try it!

Our room was near the reception so we had a lot of noise at night of guests coming and going.

Its close to Patong beach but away from the hustle bustle. So while its near Patong its good to be away from the noise.

The bedsheets were a bit stained and the laundry didnt come back so clean but in general the hotel is clean. Mosquitos are a bit annoying we bought a repellent machine to sort it out.

The room i stayed in was a city view so it was very loud during the night tuktuk's music sounded so loud so it was kind of disturbing. Not recommending city view. the garden view room might be more comfortable.

I liked the location cus it was very close to everything and right next to 7 evelen and exchange. Also the breakfast was decent for the amount i paid.

Can’t think anything matters

Quiet place, nice pool, We were provided with the baby feeding chair and crib, Very nice breakfasts, Beach was close, like 6 mins walk, Patong center and mall is quite far walk, but you have almost everything close to the hotel. And being far from center makes your rest quiet since in the center it is very noisy. The hotel has restaurant working the whole day which was comfortable for us.

The location is near the main road and bustling center, which can be noisy. However, it's a plus being very close to the beach.

The accommodation in Phuket, Thailand, was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a large bathroom. The complex offers a refreshing pool with a bar in the center. Fresh water and new towels were provided daily. Parking for cars and motorcycles and luggage storage are additional perks. I highly recommend this accommodation.

It wasn’t worth the money we paid for. It literally did surface cleaning for long time and some of the important parts are not touched. Hygiene was bad.

We thought the hotel was in a quieter location due to its peripheral location in Patong (comparable to the north of the town). It was way busier and noisier as we assumed.

The staff is really friendly and accommodating, we were able to change rooms without any problems. The complex is well maintained.
