I am delighted to provide a glowing 10-star review for our unforgettable experience at Coconut Beach Bungalows on Ko Pha Ngan island. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the incredibly accommodating owner, Tyler, who made us feel right at home. Our beachfront house was nothing short of spectacular, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. The Bali themed shower was a true highlight, providing a unique and cinematic experience that added to the charm of the entire property. The seamless indoor-outdoor living space created a peaceful and serene atmosphere that we cherished throughout our stay. The dedicated staff, who felt more like a warm and welcoming family, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The beachfront restaurant served delicious meals, and we particularly enjoyed the refreshing fresh coconut drinks. Had a rough mosquito hour around sunset. Food at resort fairly basic. Staff is spread thin, hard worked and seemed weary by end of February. Few places to enjoy being other than beach, restaurant or bed because of lush surroundings. Too busy beach.

Nice family run resort with real world setting and exposure to a Thai way of life. Scooters available there and nice fishing village nearby with decent restaurants and good views. Pretty sandy beach that was uncrowded before noon.

We had a fantastic stay at Coconut Beach Bungalows! Tyler and his family made us feel welcome and comfortable. They gave us tons of helpful advice about the area, including videos with all the practical information we needed. The location is peaceful, with all bungalows super close to the beautiful beach. The on-site restaurant has fresh and delicious food with plenty of options, so you can relax and enjoy everything without leaving the resort. The bungalows themselves are a real highlight. They're not only super clean and aesthetic, but also surprisingly bug-free despite having no windows. Lack of windows lets you fully immerse yourself in nature, with all the sounds around. The efficient fans keep the bungalows cool and comfortable, and it's much better than air conditioning. This was my first visit to Thailand, and I'm so glad I started at Coconut Beach Bungalows. We'll definitely be back next year.

We booked our stay during a high season and during the full moon party which drove the prices up due to high demand. Just be mindful that if you visit the island during the full moon party, the prices might be a bit rough in comparison to other places in Thailand. The party is however on the other side of the island, so you can still enjoy the tranquility at the coconut beach :)

We enjoyed the picturesque beach, beautiful sunsets, a jungle feel with squirrels, monkeys and beautiful greenery. Tyler and the family are great hosts, we appreciate all the stories shared and the delicious food at the restaurant. The banana pancakes are to die for, but we loved everything we ate there. The coconut beach is rather secluded which is awesome. They clean the beach and sweep the fallen leaves every single day! You will not see plastic bottles there. The nearby village has a very nice vibe with some restaurants, atmospheric Sunday night market and great dive schools. You can snorkle right at the coconut beach too, which is a definite bonus!

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. Since the accommodation has no windows, you really have to reckon with spiders etc. in the bungalow (you should take this into account if you really can't cope with it) - for us it was ok.

We really enjoyed our stay - we especially liked the location, the beach right next to the bungalows was a dream. The bungalow itself is very nice and attractively furnished and the bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great. Staff and owners were always friendly and helped immediately with questions and concerns. The whole area was always clean, you can see that they take good care of it. It's a bit out of the way, you definitely need a bike to get to other beaches and stores - but therefore it is calm and you are not around too many people. The bike rental directly from the owner is very practical, the bikes (mopeds) are in good condition. In the mornings we could see some monkeys jumping on the trees in front of our bungalow :) there are also two dogs and a few cats living in the complex, so nice for pet-friendly people. We would come back and recommend the accommodation to others!

This has to be one of the most beautiful places to stay on Koh Pha-ngan. You are not just staying in a resort but living with a wonderful family on the best beach on the island. Tyler ( from LA ) and his Thai family have renovated the bungalows with wonderful details and immaculate taste. No windows or even walls in some of the rooms so no need for aircon. Watch the monkeys 🙈 and hear them thundering across your roof. We will be back If we can get in. Word of mouth has made this a popular place to stay

This family-run business is well communicated, and we were informed about all aspects in advance. Our room, although windowless, had an insect net for protection. The location is stunning, right on a private beach, and the food is fresh and organic. The place is arranged with love and anyone visiting will have a unique experience. Absolutely love this sweet family run guest house, tucked away in the jungle & a moment from the beautiful white sand beach. Our hosts were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The best place we’ve stayed in our numerous trips to Koh Phangan in many years, we felt relaxed & at home. The sweet dogs were adorable & super friendly and cute! Tyler the owner went out of his way to assist us and was very attentive. We love his family and were sad to be leaving but keen to return on our next trip. Many thanks and greetings to you all.

Everything 😍 The bungalows very beautiful, the beach exceptional beautiful, the food very tasty and Tylor and his family super friendly and helpful! We were a bit afraid of the open bungalows, but there were no unwanted anymals whatsoever. The bathroom does not have a door, only curtains, which you should know when choosing your roomie. Definitely do the bootle beach hike and take the kayak (for free) to the secret beach. The team keeps the beach very clean so the water is cristal clear and great for snorkelling. Coconut beach is quite far in the north (therefore also quite and chilled) so maybe combine this accommodation with a stay closer to Thong Sala.

The bungalows at coconut beach do not only look beautiful! With the open architecture, waking up in the morning and hearing all the great sounds of nature is spectacular. We will miss this for sure! Located directly at the most beatiful beach of Koh Phanghan you can just lay back and enjoy the stunning view, go snorkeling ,get one of the best Thai massages or eat delicious Thai food in the restaurant. And if you want to explore the Island by motorbike or need a ride, Tyler and his family will provide you (within minutes) with anything you need. The whole team is very open and friendly and made our stay at coconut beach even more pleasant.
