Swimming at the beach can be a bit tricky due to the rocks, but bring some reef shoes and you’ll be fine. Or just swim in the beautiful pool.

Everything is wonderful! The staff, the pool, the view, the bar and the restaurant. The rooms are clean and have good a/c (needed in the high humidity of May!), the scooters for hire are in good condition, and the resident cats are friendly too. You can tell the staff actually enjoy their work too - always sharing smiles and laughs together.

1. The beach is just soso, acturally there are many reefs. If you want to stay with the better beach and walk in the mroning ,better check another place of the Lanta ,maybe Long beach is the option. 2. Far from the 711 , almose 1KM from door to door. but take the moto is fine.

The room is clean and nice. Staffs are nice and willing to hlep. A real GYM inside.

The lady with short hair at the reception was so mean. 0 smile. Made a mistake when giving us the room and gave us the wrong one at the beginning. Seemed to hate us for her mistake despite us telling her it was ok.

The place is wonderful. Loved the swimming pool, the restaurant and the massage.

We stayed in a family room - with bunk beds for the kids. set away from the restaurant, good as quite quiet. Really good facilities (restaurant, pool, cocktail bar, pool table (could do with some TLC!) massage, etc... Nice vibe and worth a visit. No review would be complete with out a mention of Mackie behind the bar - he and his assistant were the difference between a good stay and a great stay.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. They had everything you could possibly need at an incredible price. It was worth every penny and more! The pool area was also clean and the view of the beach while swimming was unforgettable. The restaurant was also amazing and a huge variety.

Much seating available for those who want to stay out on the beach all day. Good drink and food options and having a massage area and cannabis shop meant I never had to leave. I also appreciated the “go green” initiative to eliminate plastic water bottles.

There are a couple of things that made us not so happy but still can accept it. - We stayed there for 4 nights 5 days and we asked them to clean our room only 1 day but housekeepers didn't clean our toilet. We forgot to mention this to front desk. Just because we still satisfy with other things. - Location of resort a little bit difficult to find even we followed GPS. - At restaurant, we ordered "deep fried banana with ice cream" but they served "Pancake with ice cream", we mentioned that we didn't order this but one of the server only asked us if we can eat that because if we change we have to wait so long. We said we are trying with disappointed feeling. Our son have tried only ice cream, my husband, my youngest son and I didn't touch it because it was not what we have asked. Then the same person who took our ordered bring us one plate of fruit (watermelon and pineapple) with apologised for this mistake. But even then we have to pay full amount of what we didn't order.

The facilities in resort are good. We have everything to meet our satisfaction like swimming pool, massage with sea view, easy to go to the sea. Food at restaurant taste good. We stayed there 4 nights, we ate food at the restaurant all day. Two staffs at the bar with pool table are so nice, kind, funny and friendly. They made us feel home, they made our children laugh and comfortable to be around. They made us to feel that we would like to stay longer. My children love the pool table. All of our stay, we had a really good time even we didn't have a chance to go outside by our own sickness but we are so happy with this resort and definitely will come back.

Shower was not great, rooms are small and aircon is a bit noisy. For £40 per night this is a small thing.

The location is perfect, a little bit away from the busy bars but only 5-10 minutes walking down the beach. The pool is spotless and has a lovely view. The bar is great with a range of seats and loungers to enjoy the sunset. Their bartender is super nice and always makes lovely drinks. Beers are always cold which is not always the case in Thailand! They also have a gym and yoga studio which we did not use, but looked in good condition.

The pool bar on the top of the roof was not open and it would have been nice to sit and have a cocktail by the pool at sunset

We chose this property as a base camp for our 10 day trip around Phuket and the surrounding islands so safety of our possessions and location was pivotal. We could not have asked for more as everything ticked our boxes. We literally walked around the corner after landing in Phuket and the hotel was there BUT it was still within walking distance to the beautiful NaiYang beach front and markets The hotel is clean and bright and for a room in Thailand was quite roomy. We were able to leave our belongings in the hotel for a few days at a time with no concerns or issues.
